Very good location on Golden Sands.

Well, could be really good one if the staff would want, but it’s almost a disaster. * parking - was waiting for 20mins to get a lot, poor guy who was assigning it, almost zero organization. Worst was when I was leaving I spot I’ve got some scratches on my car from the one beside - they take 10€ a day, staff is there while the cars are coming in and leaving so they had to see, however nobody informed or shown any interest to support * plates and cuttlery - dirty multiple times, really discusting * bed - mattrace protector dirty * bath room - not cleaned properly …

- management should train and improve the attitude of staff specifically the receptionist there was a new hired lady their blonde, she was absolutely bad behavior she even not deserve to work in 2 stars hotel , when we made check out she said you have to pay for 2 Cola from the minibar that I didn’t touch it , after when she double checked she found that she is wrong , she even did not apologize for her attitude.

The location,large room, spacious bathroom, bidet, sea view, I saw the sunrise from bed,gorgeous terrace at the room.I probably had one of the good rooms, thanks to the receptionist.

The staff is absolutely unfriendly, the hotel needs to be renovated, it smells old, at all inclusive the food is of poor quality, it is not 4 stars, More cleanliness would be welcome (in the elevators, at the food stands), chipped plates, cheap cutlery.

We really enjoyed our vacation, Lilia hotel was really a good choice. We had a pretty big apartment with a bedroom with sea view. Room was clean and had a big balcony. Here are a few things that we really liked and I'm sure everyone would like it: 1. Lilia Hotel is really near the beach, just a few steps away. 2. All inclusive foods and drinks were good. 3. Our apartment was really big and enough for a family with children. 4. We had a very beautiful sea view from our rooms. 5. There are a lot of small markets and restaurants nearby.

Totally it was good, but there are also a few problems that if they resolve, it would be even a better hotel: 1. Hotel Stairs for the beach exit didn't have a place where people with wheelchairs or baby carriages can use, it was normal stairs only which I think it's not really professional for a 4* hotel. 2. Elevators were old and one of them was always showing wrong info (for example we were on floor 4 and it was showing 1) 3. Staff could have smile on their face when talking to clients, I talked to them a few times and all the time they were either very tired or upset, no one ever smiled, only the gentleman from the bar was smiling all the time, others probably should learn from him.

breakfast was cheap, nasty & disgusting... room was not serviced.. bath shower is a death trap due to slipery bath & tiled flooring.. no handles to help climbing into bath... should have a cubicle shower not a bath.. lifts were poor, slow often not all worrking.. parking was a nightmare.. took ages to get car in & out.. tv remote not working correctly.. no English channels except news.. have stayed many times at Lilia.. this was the last time.. never again... there is no excuse for the comments i have listed other than lack of interest in how hotel is run.., food was the worse ever... chef / manager should be sacked.. food was not of 1 star worth.... Lilia calling itself a 4 star hotel is a joke & a lie.... AD

The room was very small, no wardrobes to put your clothoes in, the bathroom was very dirty, especially the toilet, there weren’t used any cleaning products, it was hair everywhere in the bathroom, on the sink, in the shower, on the floor, the rug in the room was dirty and had sand in it.

great view but Hotel dated, sink wouldn't empty, mini fridge was warm and at breakfast a shortage of cups for coffee and no serviettes.

needs an upgrade

- location - good and diverse food - big and clean rooms - nice rooftop pool - would come again - The room had a nice sea view at 7th floor with a big balcony

- The room had 2 twin beads instead of a large one

Th room was wonderful, seaside view, very big, clean and comfortable, quiet, big bathroom. The wi fi was working really good , but only in the room. Outside the room, like balcony or in the hall or lobby, it didn't work.

The food was horrible.... it is not all inclusive, although i paid for all inclusive. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner. No food snack between meals. Almost every lunch and dinner was the same food, very poor in deserts, just 2 types of cakes, ice cream only at lunch, but awful taste, lack of fruits..just orange....no watermellon, apples, or any other fruits.....JUST ORANGE, SLICES OF ORANGE to be specific. They does not have a private beach, although they are very close to the beach. At the beach, the others hotels with their private beaches charges you 42 leva for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella.

The food was very good. And the staff spoke english reasonably well. Minibar had restaurant like prices.

Parking was a hassle, you pay for parking and habe to move around cars to get a spot. The info package in the room did not mention a lot, for example the pool on top (costs 10lv extra per day). All the pools close at 5pm. The hotel is a bit old and you van see it.

I couldn’t believe it. very clean, good location and enough facilities and most important, very very polite and nice staff. congratulations! 😘😘😘
