Locatia foarte faina - apa marii curata si calda, nisipul foarte fin, intrarea in apa lina ; camera si locatia per anamblu curate, camera foarte spatioasa, cu toate dotarile unui hotel de 4 stele, mancarea foarte gustoasa si variata (de la mancaruri traditionale pana la meniu vegan/dietetic totul insa variat (aveai de unde alege in fiecare zi); deserturi foarte bune si fructe; piscina ok (noi am stat la piscina doar intr-o singura zi cand a fost steag rosu la mare) - cu minibar/inghetata; aveau si o cofetarie cu barista in cadrul unitatii; o faleza cu multe atractii (si multe magazine cu suvenituri/nu toate de buna calitate - atenie cu copiii); in general atmosfera primitoare, oameni zambitori;

La minusuri as adauga ca desi au anunt ca nu accepta rezervarea sezlong-urilor la piscina sau la mare, acest lucru nu se respecta (era plin de prosoape lasate vizibil fara sa fie cineva) - si nu am vazut sa ia atitudine asa cum mentioneaza in brosura primita; barul de pe plaja a fost mai putin variat si doar cu produse locale (cel de la piscina si cel din interiorul locatiei erau mult mai bine dotate, cu meniu mai variat si produse mai calitative); serviciul de schimbare al prosoapelor de piscina/plaja nu era disponibil mereu, ci doar in intervalele: 09-10 si 17-18 (insa nu era mereu cineva acolo nici in acest interval)

Very spacious room (Junior suite shared with my sister & mum - 3 adults) with a lot of storage space. The fridge in the room was replenished each morning with soft drinks, beer & water without any charges. We loved how close the beach was to the hotel, less than 30sec walk from the hotel. Lots of food options for breakfast/lunch/dinner. There's also a snack bar where you can get pasta, burgers etc if you feel hungry before dinner. Loved the ice cream bar & mini café by the outdoor pool - we paid for all inclusive so we didn't have to pay extra to enjoy these. Different entertainment options throughout the day e.g. table tennis, darts etc. Live show every night at 9pm was a hit & it was different every night! We used the spa facilities - loved it! We paid 20BNG per person to use the sauna & steam room for 1 hour. We each had different massages done for a fee, very relaxing. I paid 69BNG for my foot massage -30mins, Classic massage 30mins 79BNG/50mins 119BNG. The wellness centre has many more services facial, salon, pedicure etc - charges applies. The indoor pool is free to use, not very big & closes 6pm each day but we used it and it was fine. I wished they had a jacuzzi- it would have been 5*! Overall it was a pleasant 5 days!

We stayed on the 6th floor & there were few families on the same floor. It was a bit noisy sometimes, especially in the mornings. I didn't like the local dogs that came by the outdoor pool side although they were friendly with guests. One of the mornings, I was woken up by the noise from cleaners on the corridor outside our room at 6am - not pleasant!

Curatenie la superlativ, zilnic, uneori si aranjat patul de 2 ori pe zi,mancare extraordinara atat la restaurantul principal cat si cele a la carte. Hotelul da atentie la detalii, precum ziua de nastere, am primit si o surpriza din partea hotelului. Nota 10++++

Ar completa perfect ca piscina infinity sa fie incalzita

Totul este bine pus la punct. Restaurantul principal este elegant, curat, nu este haos și nici gălăgie. Terasa cu vedere la mare. Toată mâncarea are gust, nu sunt multe feluri, dar nu simți nevoia de mai mult: orez, mâncare cu sos, chiftele, carne la cuptor, cartofi copți și prajiti , 2 tipuri de paste, peste, uneori creveți calamar pane, multe brânzeturi și salate multe, purceluș de lapte sau somon tăiate de un bucătar, 2 supe. Deserturi mai bune decat la alte hoteluri. Au și cofetărie, separat. Snack bar-ul este mai dotat: sandwish'uri franțuzești ,hot dog, Burger,pizza,paste. Nu am avut timp în 3 zile sa mănânc la snack bar, dar ce la ceilalți, stiu ca sunt bune. Bar în curte, pe plaja, în recepție și în salonul de evenimente-seara. Toate băuturile sunt ok. Au și vin la sticla. La barul de la recepție au răcoritoare la sticla. Camera arata bine, pentru 3 persoane, pare un apartament.

Singurul lucru care nu mi-a plăcut a fost programul pe care îl aveau la diferite servicii: la prosoape: 09-10 și 17-18. Piscina interioară: inchide la 18. Bar pe plaja:inchide 17:30. Pentru ca am fost pe 8 septembrie, nu a fost asa grav cu plaja și prosoapele, dar vara pare o comedie. Iar piscina interioara e necesara oricând.

All - the accomodation, the food, the stuff, the location. It is was very clean, we have many choices at food. The room was nice.

Nice staff. Hotel is very comfortable with young children 1-6 years old. Great combination of access to the beach with a pool is great.

Pool could be cleaned more frequently. In the evening/night shows it could be quite loud even in the room. It is weird that no ice cream served after 17:00 and no food is available between 11:00 to 12:00 when the hotel is considered ultra all-inclusive

I requested the room we had last year and the hotel staff kindly accommodated the request which was a really nice touch.

My minor gripe is that the main bar is more of a place to simply be served your drinks - it's not particularly inviting to stay and drink a few cocktails. I don't know if this is deliberate but it doesn't have a bar feel, in terms of seating plan, maybe some bar snacks, mood lighting etc. It was fine for us and we took a cocktail up to our room and sat on the balcony.
