Everything, the rooms the staff was amazing so helpful

It was a hen party we go away once ayear as friends doing it for 20 years and this was the best place we stop in.we are comeing back next year

It was spacious, clean and in a wonderful location with a beautiful view of the cathedral. It had excellent facilities which made our stay as a family perfect.

The doors automatically close in each room which was annoying with young children

Good space, easy to access and 2 bathrooms was good for 4 girls. There was Tea, coffee, milk provided

One room was was an awkward size so the wardrobe was practically touching the corner of the bed so difficult to go around. A smell of mustiness in the rooms, carpets need cleaning thoroughly. Some cutlery was dirty and put back in the drawers

Excellent facitilities - city centre very close to everything clean tidy great view of city from our room staff very friendly and eager to help would highly reccomend

The apartment and location was great!

The check in experience was awful. First of all there was no one at the building. I contacted the number on the door. When I explained that I hadn't received an email with instructions, I was abruptly told that I had. I checked my email whilst on the phone and confirmed I hadn't. At this point the girl on the phone started to talk over me and say how she'd have to run out to her car and get her lap top. After hanging up, a few minutes later I finally got a text with codes. Further to this experience, one of our party (my sister) arrived earlier than us and was spoken to in an ridiculous manner, before being left to stand outside two hours, waiting for us to arrive. These situations can happen, but the attitude and manner from this member of staff was completely out of order!

Staff were friendly and very helpful - reallocating one room so we were next door to each other (group of 6 traveling together). Location was good for walking to main tourist sites in town. Beds comfortable though rooms are a bit too small to fit suitcase and walk around bed.

Washing machine good but would have liked a single serve laundry liquid/powder pod along similar lines to coffee sachets. Rooms looking a little tired but clean and functional.

Wi-Fi was bad. Even mobile connection poor.

Location was excellent, very accessible To the city. Much bigger apartment than we expected.

Quite a noisy area during the night despite not been in a busy part of town.

The washing machine was dirty and not a drier unfortunately. There was only one bowl for three of us Probably need to check these things regularly. Floor needed a good mop. Cloth was very dirty when I wiped up some milk

A good quiet location just a few minutes walk to the centre of Liverpool. Apartment was spotless. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Had a bit of trouble with the shower, the tap was very stiff and the shaving light didn't work. There was a cigarette smokey smell in the apartment on arrival.

the accommodation was perfect! right by the city center, shops for essentials right on the corner, it was really clean, quiet and homely I would 100% recommend these apartments! I will 100% be back this year and next year! thank you so much to Kelly for all your help and checking us in and out, making sure we had everything we need and helped us with taxis she was amazing! thank you for letting us stay and we can not wait to come stay again very soon!! xx
