Rubbish along the corridor from some rooms and left near the door.

carpets in corridors were very dirty. Had adjoining room door. They were noisy and tried our door. Bit scary

The view from the 5th floor over water front was very pleasant. The room was quiet and staff were quick to provide extra towels and milk when requested. The location is very convenient near the waterfront museums and with rail station and bus stop just outside. Temperature and bed were comfortable.

I liked having bedside charging points on my side of the bed but there weren't any for my husband. The sink in the bathroom didn't give enough space to fill the kettle, so we had to fill it mug by mug. The lighting was in odd places (it wasn't a work trip but I had work with me and there wasn't really enough light). The shower rail was hanging by a thread and there was no shower curtain, so it was hard to enjoy the accessible shower without creating a trip hazard. Bed seemed very small -we had ordered a King for my tall brother in law so he could lie across it diagonally but it seemed to be a standard double as was ours.

Very reasonably priced for a central location. Excellent comms from staff - very friendly. Prioritised setting up our room as we arrived early and kindly waived the early check-in fee. Super comfy beds. Air-con worked well. Large, powerful shower. Decent sized smart TV. Lifts worked fine (lots of negative reviews suggest they are constantly out of service - maybe we were lucky)

We were awoken at around 9.30am by workmen in an adjacent room who seemed to be hammering or attempting to remove something. Very loud and unsettling when trying to relax. Post 11am (after check-out) would surely be a better time for works to be carried out. Phone call to reception rang out when calling about issue. Wasn't clear whether the bar/restaurant was open - some further info on arrival would have been useful

Is was In the right part of Liverpool for our needs it was lovely and clean and the staff are great will definitely go there again

Location was excellent, only a short walk to the centre. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was all lovely too.

Only one thing, if you pay for late checkout and nip out after 11am your key card doesn’t work for the lift or room door. Made the mistake of finding out as soon as we got to our room, so had to come all the way back down to swap the card out.
