This property was clean, overall. No request to the host was too much trouble.

It wasn't toò easy via the key entry to my room. It's been changed now, (to the ground floor room).

The room was small but as described, and as we expected. Very comfortable, and the addition of the fridge was a great bonus and proved very useful. Very personable and friendly host. Location is very good and a short pleasant walk into the centre. The butterfly farm was quite close and we spent a lovely morning there.

The shower was a little awkward for access, but perfectly useable.

Location was great room Wes very clean bed and pillows were very hard room was small but we new that when we booked it, shower was was very small but overall excellent location

Warm welcome, close to town with parking. No breakfast meant a lower price and there are so many options in town!

There was nothing we did not like about this stay

We were made to feel very welcome on arrival. Location was good and free car parking

Very friendly host, room was very clean & comfortable. Michael went out of his way to help in any way he could.

On a main road so not as quiet as we'd of liked, but not a reflection on the host.

The room was in excellent order with above average cleanliness and the location was within a short walk of the town centre and the proprietor Michael was very hospitable just what we need in these times .

I cannot find anything really that would need improving .
