Easy check in friendly welcome the room was very clean I was impressed 😁

The lady on reception was easy to talk to and lovely and welcoming. She was also helpful when I asked for local information about where to eat and said it is ok to eat in the room. The room was a good size with plenty of space to walk around and put my luggage. I loved having the tea making facilities in my room. The bathroom is a nice size with space to put toiletries. The carpark is a good size. It is close enough to walk to town and easy enough to find the way there.

More coat hangers would be very useful as there were only three.

price. also i was places in the hotels separate building to which a lovely guest woke everyone up because he must of lost his hotel key, a lot of drunken arguing then it continued inside the room. heard them talking to staff but werent once ssked to keep the noise down.

After reading bad reviews of Brecon Hotel I was not expecting a good stay. But to be fair it wasn't that bad. The bed's were clean, the toilet and bathroom was clean. And it was away from the road so it was very quiet.

When booking in they had no record of our booking and so I had to refer the man to our Booking.Com receipt. He insisted that I pay upfront without even seeing our room. He wasn't computer literate andreally wasn't up to being on reception. The card machine didn't work unless you inserted your card into it. It took three try's to finally be able to pay. The whole signing in business was stressful.

Issue with bedding spoke to staff got no help at all no sleep for four days

Nice quiet location. Clean and comfortablr room. Superfast wifi. A nice place to stay.

The cleaner is so nice but the owners are so rude I arrived Friday night no hot water or heating next morning still no hot water told owner who said what 10 min hour later still no hot water I was told it be fixed Monday I asked for some money back, I was told NO Monday still no hot water or heating so I told them I can’t stay until Friday so the owner said you have to wait till 6pm this was 4pm then she offered me £100 refund for 4 nights. I had to take it. The car park has broken wardrobe by the bins the annex stink of Cigarette smoke. Top of the stairs it got more rubbish of blinds and furniture. My room was not cleaned in 4 days I asked for more tea I was given 3 tea bags and 2 toilet rolls. I’ve been at this hotel 4 times now and this is how they treat a returning guest. Last time I will return to this place.
