Arrived at the resort for a supposed relaxing babymoon, only to experience the complete opposite. Despite booking our stay months in advance, we were assigned rooms located at the farthest point from all amenities. The neighboring balconies, occupied by guests attending a wedding, made the surroundings noisy and disruptive due to their loud celebrations.
Our attempt to grab snacks around 3:30 pm was met with frustration as the café was closed, and the sole vending machine accepted only cash. Our hotel room had no food options, offering only alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. To make matters worse, room service had a lengthy 45-minute wait.
Hoping to find solace, we headed to the heated spa within the pool area, only to discover it overrun by energetic kids jumping and splashing. The prospect of enjoying a massage during our stay was dashed when we were informed that there were no available appointments for the entire weekend.
Regrettably, the only positive aspect of our time at The Vines was when we were away from the property. Disappointed and disheartened, we decided to cancel our additional night's stay and cut our losses, opting to head home early.

The booking i made through booking.com said twin share balcony room with breakfast included. On arrival we were given a bottom floor room, no balcony, facing a carpark. I went to reception and told them we booked balcony room and they were happy to swap up to a room with a balcony. The second morning we got charged $70 for breakfast, even though it was included in the package i selected through booking.com. This was very disappointing as we would have gone for breakfast elsewhere and ventured out if we had known we would have to pay. We were not told we had to pay until we checked out.

Overall a lovely resort and nice trip but its a shame that the booking.com and resort didnt align with room and breakfast we ordered.

The rooms were lovely
The stairs were hard to do with suitcases ,& having to drive around for the restaurant.

The room we settled in was airy and clean. The outlook was wonderful. The bed (except the pillows)was great as was the pod coffee.
I asked for a room close or on Verdi Drive but we’re mikes away. The pillows were hard. Both of us ended up with a bad neck.
Also we were only there for one night and the tv didn’t work so we had to move rooms.

Room was spacious and comfy, room facilities were very clean and modern.
Air con was hard to figure out how to work and there was a drilling noise that went on a few times for many minutes each time.
A long walk from the car park to our room, other hotels have a staff member deliver your bags.

The room was good size and very clean. We loved the gardens and the green colour of the golf course. We enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant too.

Room was lovely and spacious. Bathroom was very open. Although it was raining so couldnt make use of the balcony this is a great addition. Love that streaming services are provided! Staff were lovely and very helpful.
If people were talking loud or babies crying this was audible from the room however this wasn't really an issue. I could imagine in very heavy rainfalls the walkways could get slippery. But not many negatives
