They went above and beyond to make the hotel feel in the Swiftie spirit for the eras tour last weekend. Everything was clean and in excellent order. Loved the little swiftie touches including the cocktails!

We came to visit Edinburgh for the Taylor Swift concert. Not only was the hotel perfectly positioned to get us into central Edinburgh or to the airport regardless of crowds, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. There are local amenities, from take away places to supermarkets and coffee shops which made our morning before the hotel restful and relaxed.

The shower leaked a bit, escaping from under the shower door and onto the tiled floor (a very minimal thing!), and breakfast seemed a tad overpriced.

Staff were friendly and helpful, gave us all the correct information we needed room was clean and spacious dinner was yummy and lots of options for breakfast my son was so excited that the tram and train ran past the hotel and could see them in the restaurant but you couldn't hear them which was a bonus

The pool was very heavily chlorinated and really hurt our eyes and made my skin quiet sensitive. the pool change rooms were also small and not very clean but i think this was to do with the amount of people that were using them at that time

We came to Edinburgh for the Taylor Swift concert and this hotel went out their way to make us Swifties feel super welcomed!!! The festivities were wonderful, from the red carpet, staff wearing TS outfits, the music, the decor, complimentary drinks, sweet table and to the TS bracelet making table! We were incredibly lucky to be given a room at 1pm when check in was only at 3pm. The staff were all so super friendly and the hotel facilities were in perfect working condition such as the heated pool and sauna/steam room. The location of the hotel is perfect to get to and from the stadium or to the city centre. Just a 2minute walk to the tram or a minute walk across the road to a KFC for those late night snacks. Our hotel room was very clean and they had some Taylor Swift souvenirs on our table! This hotel made such a wonderful effort and made the whole weekend even more special!!!

This is my second stay at this hotel and it a great hotel with good parking and tram service the staff where all friendly and the rooms are a good size and very clean

It was way over priced for the night £500 a night just because Taylor Swift was playing ay Murrayfield it was a good job there was 3 of us staying in the same room and shared the price.

We spent 5 nights in this hotel. Well located near the tram. 15 mins to get to the city centre. You can leave the car in a secured parking for your whole stay which is great. All facilities were in very good condition. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Staff in general were polite and the rooms were always tidy and clean. Breakfast was rich and we really loved the fact there was good coffee with a lot of options. Overall a good stay and highly recommended if you travel with car and want a peace of mind for your stay. We would definitely come back.

The pool gets really busy in specific times and is really small. I am not sure what is the best way to control this but 25 to 30 people in a pool like this is definitely not a nice thing to experience. Also there is really no control on the way people dress, some might even consider is a good idea to use it with their clothes on. Also, leading by example, it would be better if staff could use the overshoes and make it a mandatory requirement. A lot of people think is a good idea to wear shoes in the pool area. Even staff would just not follow this simple hygiene rule. Another negative thing we experienced was dinner in the restaurant. We thought on giving it a chance one night and proved to be a really bad choice. Menu was a joke in terms of options, very limited. Also it was ridiculously expensive and really really REALLY bad food for what you pay for. A simple pasta with red sauce seemed like was cooked with a ready sauce from a microwave. It’s a shame to have such a nice hotel and not offer descent options for people who want to eat dinner within the premises.

Mooi en schoon hotel met ruime kamers. Gelegen nabij de tramhalte op 6 haltes van het vliegveld alswel het centrum( 15min). Bovendien een winkelcentrum aan de overkant. Zwembad met sauna en stoomcabine.

Het hele hotel rook naar de chloor van het zwembad.

Friendly staff. Room was great. Kids enjoyed the pool. Great breakfast.

No pool or spa facilities open, paid booking. Com for insurance and was unable to cancel or re book as no one available to contact

Breakfast was very good and dining area relaxed.

Only criticism was the early closing of bar area. Would not expect the bar to be closed when returning from theatre at 10 pm.

The staff on arrival was lovely. Welcoming and gave us lovely shortbread. The location is great, right next to the tram stop.

We have stayed here before and can't remember it being like this. The pool had too much chlorine and the changing room wasn't clean and there was no toilet roll in the toilet. The room was tiny although it was meant to be a family room. The beds were so uncomfortable we didn't stay for the 2nd night. I did tell the girl on the desk when we left but she didn't say anything. We did see other positive reviews so we didn't expect this.

wat opviel was de klantgerichtheid. personeel bleef vriendelijk ondanks de drukte. Locatie was prima goed te bereiken met de tram vanuit het vliegveld van Edinburgh. Het eten was goed.

Propreté des vestiaires de la piscine à améliorer (pas catastrophique en tout cas) - Plus de contrôle autour de la piscine en général (des gens en basket autour du bassin, aucune des règles placardées au mur de respecter comme interdiction de faire des plongeons etc..)

Very noisy outside train and tram line can’t sleep properly and morning kitchen delivery noisy too
