Just returned from a great mini break - great location, exceptional staff, front of house receptionist Alexandria dealt with our enquiries in a very professional way and is an asset to the business - loved the game room and having the pool facilities was a bonus - great food, clean comfortable rooms

Loved all the facilities and the size of the room plus location to beach. Literally lived up to everything we booked it for

The TV didn’t work neither did remote. The bathroom leaked so was water everywhere. Broken door in room and missing lampshades. Didn’t massively impact our stay but would have been nice to not have had these.

The location is great, close to the park and the beach, many restaurants close by.

I could feel the spring on the mattress and the curtain leave a big breach for the sunlight to enter on the room, so I couldn't sleep well after the sunrise

Uncomfortable bed. Noisy outside due to traffic and very thin walls, creaky floorboards that when walked on the wardrobe would shake!

The hotel itself was very nice and clean and the staff was very helpful...location is perfect close everything ...walking distance Had an issue with one of the rooms and we got the option to change rooms which was much better

The hill up an down to the hotel is alot especially if u don't have a car.... the room smelt and was always so hot until we moved room opposite to ours much better Not much shelfing space to pit clothes so was living out of my suitcase for the 3 days...

Room was simple and comfortable. Everything was pretty clean and tidy.

Smelt like damp and then during the night it started to smell like drainage, so much so that we had to leave the room early to get away from the smell.

Staff extremely friendly, breakfast plentiful and cooked to perfection, even accommodating my fussy daughter (thanks again) rooms clean and spacious and the best thing was the games room- loved it!

I contacted the hotel before our stay to advise I needed a travel cot and asked if the swimming pool was baby friendly however the hotel chose to put me on the 2nd floor and then down some stairs with a pram and baby. The pool was freezing there is no way that was a heated pool suitable for a baby. Our room 211 was constantly hot even with the air con on, especially the bathroom - there was no ventilation at all as was like a suna in there. I came out of the lift on my own with a pram to find the hall way blocked up with bags from the cleaners, which I had to move out of the way myself to be able to get through. Our room didn’t get cleaned until 3.30/4 in the afternoon even though we had been out all day so had to sit in the room with my baby whilst they quickly changed the bins and the towels. Hotel itself is nice but was so disappointed with the above.

I liked the grab handle in the shower. The breakfast was tasty and substantial, and the pool was most welcome. Glimpse of the sea from my room.

The bed was very hard, I had to sleep on top of the quilt. It was very noisy, shouting, traffic noise, and police sirens all through the night. I had very little sleep. My son said it was quieter on the other side of the hotel.

the rooms felt a little hot as there was no air con, but it wasn’t too bad. other than that there were no issues at all.

Comfortable room with good quality appliances. Breakfast was varied and excellent and the staff very attentive and polite. We were a family of 5 adults and 3 young children so needed looking after. Great location close to the sea, highly recommended.

Due to being placed on the ground floor, I didn’t get much sleep due to a dog running upstairs and people arguing.

Staff were great! Swimming pool fab. Location great! Good breakfast selection. Beautiful decor.

Beeping alarm left on all night. No towels for pool.

Room was tidy, bed was very comfortable. En suite was clean, shower fixed panel head end leaking in bottom corner by toilet. Extract fan not working. Location was perfect for our visit, we will be back. Breakfast and meals were very good
