Location, staff, food all exellent

There was loud music in part of the hotel until very late in the night. I was warned about it when I arrived. However, I would not have booked this hotel had I known about the late-night music.

Maybe a suggestion of a oil clean as the breakfast was tainted but overall a loverly enjoyable stay amazing location very friendly felt welcome would return

I loved everything about this Hotel and will definitely be back...Awesome room,comfortable beds,and bathroom.Great wifi and Netflix tv.I was in a family room with my 2 grandsons who also loved it! We had homemade pizzas in restaurant downstairs which was delicious...So close to pier and all attractions.We chose to play crazy golf at Smugglers cove and thoroughly enjoyed it as well as visiting The Sea life and the lovely beach...

Good central location we did not have to use the car although my friends were charged for the car park for the duration of our stay

Earplugs. They are not big and the reception had run out. we didn't sleep the first night and on the second day the reception still didn't get us any, we had to go to boots to buy our own, they should ALWAYS have a stock of them with the surrounding nightclubs

Location opposite the BIC and central. Bar within property was good with nice drinks and live music. Staff we spoke to were friendly to us.

I think the rooms need to be updated. Some are very dark and dingy and very old fashioned decor. The noise (although expected as we were pre warned and told on the desk at check in to just go and “join in” if it was an issue) as club next door is next level. it was a very anxious stay. The thing we didn’t expect was the fire alarm going off throughout the night. One of our party asked at reception if there was a fault etc and the desk told them there was nothing they could do. mine went off 3 times throughout the night which made it very difficult to get any rest.
