The room was not made up with the extra bed for three people as booked.

The location to the event we where attending.

Whilst the staff accommodated us with a change of room to face the venue, we were attending, they didn't replace the room like for like on what we booked. Hence the room was a lot smaller, and we were not advised of this when they changed our room. The fridge was set so high the milk was frozen as well as freezing items we placed in there. The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working, and the curtains in the lounge room, had slightly come of the track, making it difficult to close.

The plastic keys - sometimes took several attempts to open doors and authorise the lift.

A little out of the way in relation to the CBD. No on site breakfast facilities

it was clean and tidy staff friendly the only noise was from traffic which you expect bed was fine

vehicle access to the car park was difficult to find. the alarming note about setting off the fire alarm accidentally by cooking in the kitchen costing over $1300, we came with groceries prepared to cook but because of this we didn’t cook and ate out instead. We won’t be able to stay here again because of this.

The price market on booking.com changed when completing my booking from $174 to $260 and I wasn't aware of the change until I had already paid for it. Also the security deposit taking 7 days to be put back into my account is absolutely ridiculous.

perfect for convention centre comfortable bed and good size room with kitchenette, separate sofa and 2 TVs

No room service for breakfast - you had to pre order and make it yourself and it would have cost about $30
