Was definitiv nicht diesen Preis rechtfertigt.

Great location. Great staff. Lovely gardens.
Did not like the fact that we had to pay for the pool. I had to go back and look intensively to see that we had to pay which was a little late as we only found out once we had gotten to the pool entrance. At 10€ pp that is very expensive. Reception did not inform us of this. Did now know that they are like Ryan Air now as we go have been there before.

the property was nice
the stuff, they were extremely rude with my mother, she doesn’t speak neither English nor German and we’re trying to speak through Google translator. the stuff didn’t do any step in order to help her and were laughing at her

spacious
The breakfast is way too expensive! 21,50€ for a self serve buffet with a very limited choice and not even someone there to fry an egg. At another hotel such a breakfast costs 6,50€ or complimentary and there is someone to fry an egg.

Great check in. Had an issue with my booking that was resolved quickly.
We had 6 kids over 2 groups and were given a separate room for dinner and breakfast.
It’s quite far from Dresden!

Size of the room is great and the bed is good, breakfast is really nice but expensive
Room is very old fashioned and in need of renovation, carpet looks dirty, appliances are old, shower only has a small separation so the bathroom floods. Parking expensive.

The breakfast although pretty expensive, is very good, lots to choose from. The size of the room is quite comfortable.
The bed is soft and the pillow is really bad, you have to fold it 4 times to have at least some sort of support.
I got a free upgrade to an apartment instead of a room, but I had to stay one day longer, and then the price for that one night was even more expensive than the 2 nights before together.
The kitchen in the apartment is small and has only 2 cooking plates, so you have to be a bit inventive to cook something nice.
The complete apartment could use some renovation, it is quite old-fashioned.
Parking is difficult outside so you have to park in the garage which costs 15 euro a night.
The room is not that quiet, you can hear neighbors, and the doors slamming closed.
The room is quite hot, even with all the radiators closed, and you can hear the water through the heating pipes pretty loud all night.

Very quiet and comfortable
There is no signage saying you have reached the City Hotel - late at night I had to go into reception at the Radisson Blu Parkhotel only to be told that it was the City Hotel - annoying and very confusing

The room was very quiet in a very nice park style garden. (Due to the fact, that there very few other guests in the house). Once found, everything is situated very easy. (What's in a name? By any other word, we sleep in the Radisson Hotel Blu Hotel...)
The name "City Hotel Dresden Radebeul" is double wrong. The place is located in a very quiet residential area in the city of Radebeul (absolutely different from Dresden!) The Hotel is the Radisson Blu Parkhotel Radebeul. Maybe it is a marketing idea to have a second brand for the cheaper fares – why not. But would be nice to have the name "City Hotel" somewhere outside, what definitely isn't the case. After making round and round with the car in the neighbourhood only calling the recepton by phone helped.
On a sunday evening it isn't easy to find a Restaurant (The Hotel's was closed). The Greek Restaurant nearby too. Thank God there was "Sushi and Wein" – what wasn't very Asian, but in the city of Karl May, one must not expect anything that is really "original". Not Winnetou, not Radisson, not Sushi.

The sign on the street did not match the booking name.
I asked for directions, stating I did not have a car. They gave me the route and stop for the tram, and then said a 10 minute walk. Hello! In which direction? Which street? And then to see a different name? I kept looking.
Too many doors and keys.
Curtains were not thick enough to keep out the before 6 AM sun. I was expecting those wonderful German rolladen.
