Hotel was nice, rooms totally renovated, alot of choice at brakefast, allot of activities. There is a dresscode for dinner!!!! Grate for people who stay in one location

The location it was a bit remote, the staff will call you up in your room to ask how the room is, verry annoying if you are sleeping at that time.Because of the renovations, we had no mirror in the bathroom.... if you don't respect the dress code at dinner they will annoy you.

The whole place is exceptional in quality, service. look and feel. Excellent variety and quality of food. Terrific facilities and landscaped surroundings, easy to navigate and lots of choice (pools/beaches/etc). We were upgraded to the 'Presidential Suite' from 2 Waterfront bungalows - hugely appreciated. Its one of the best resorts we've (parents + two children (16/21)) ever visited. Of special note, the Animation team are incredibly professional, hard working and seriously talented. The Animation evening entertainment in the Theatre was also of a really high standard, far exceeding other similar events. Non 'Animation' / 'external' shows were far less successful however. The onsite Animation team should be cherished.

The bar in the Creta Marine would function much better in the evening if the lights were dimmed / lessened to create a more relaxing environment. Having high light levels doesn't support the function of the bar at this time. It would also then relate better to the external terrace area and be more cohesive and appropriate. The separation of the Panorama from the Marine seems a little artificial. Flexibility between the two 'sister' facilities would make more sense. Reasons given were regarding Covid restrictions, but this didn't really make sense. Not a major issue and may be driven by other factors not understood. Small point - the main general shop in the Creta Marine seems to be missing an opportunity to be better and more comprehensively stocked. It has a captive audience but felt slightly 'skeletal' in its offer.

Awful hairdryer. Doesn’t work at all, most annoying that there is no power socket in a bathroom so it’s impossible to use your own hairdryer as well.

Spacious room, great sea views. Varied and delicious breakfast and dinner. Friendly and professional staff. Private beach, clean and calm (no waves) Excellent entertainment staff

The shower wetted the entire bathroom, and we had to wipe it again and again.

There are 2 hotels Iberostar, close situated, on a surface of many hectares, situated on a large rock near the sea, consisting of a main building and many bungalows Greek-houses type. Most of the tourist came from France and Germany, half of them over 65 y old. Good position, very clean, nice pools, small beaches available, green and flowers everywhere. Some people from the staff try to do their best

A lot of reasons why I will not come back: 1.I have payed half-board. For dinner they didn't give anything to drink, except for all inclusive, and bottled water was at the price of 1.5 l Diesel !!!. Their wine was of low quality. Despite asking for long trousers at dinner, half of the people came in shorts and tongs. Reservations were needed for the table, however nobody respected them - the only thing working for a table on the terrace was tipping the waiter. Guys from grill/roast sector should be sent back to cuisine school. 2. Electricity was working in the rooms only when a magnetic device connected to the key was there. This means most of the day no fridge, no A/C, no charging of cell phones and tablets. I asked for one such spare device - answer was no for reasons of "economy" 3. Low offer of Tv channels, only 50 of them, among which half non functional. BTW some 3-4 Russian channels, among them Rossya24 4. Wifi working good in the main building, erratic in the bungalows and near the pools 5. Entertainment...??? maybe due to the start of the season

This is a quiet location with not much of interest in the area, but there is plenty to do in the hotel/resort. It covers a large area with lovely gardens and grounds. The buffet food was very good.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. We do not like having a shower over the bath, it is not safe stepping in and out . Water ran hot and cold intermittently.
