Nichts Max das Bett
Entgegen der Beschreibung kein Frühstücksbüffet Restaurant und Bar geschlossen, Wellnesbereich nicht geheizt, keine Massage buchbar, Fernseher im Zimmer nicht funktionsfähig. Alles wurde mit fehlenden Gästen entschuldigt. Schade dass booking sowas anbietet und nicht dafür sorgt das solche Informationen nicht bei Buchung vorliegen
. Das ist Irreführung der Hotelgäste schon bei der Buchung. Gerne möchte ich unsere Hotelkosten zurückfordern
fordern aber nein man musste beim Check in bezahlen und erfuhr erst danach von den nicht Leistungen.

Not really clean, towels were missing, pretty basic hotel for a 4 star rating.

Staff was very friendly
The air conditioning was very slow, it took 2 days to cool down the room.

The hotel is nice, in a good location. The room was big and confortable.
They need to train their staff better. At the check-in, at 12.30 am, the man at the front desk give me a room wich was occupied, I opened the door and there was someone else there. I went to the front desk and he refused to give me another room until he went to check by himself that the room was occupied and also to check if the new room is free 😊.

They welcomed our two dogs with no fuss at all.

Good location - 15 minutes walk to the city center. Good breakfast.
It was dust in the bathroom and not very clean.
We had to ask the front desk for sleepers and bathrobes. No shower cap available. Staff never smiling, not even at the front desk, not trained properly.

AC didn't work properly. Bathroom in desperate need of renovation. The whole room smells old and not sufficiently provided with fresh air. Not worth the money.

Bicycle service, breakfast (especially orange juice). Breakfast outside (in the garden) with fresh air and bird chirping.

The first day i arrived there was a big cockroach in the bathroom.
The room card does not work and needs to be constantly reactivated (they said it happens when you bring it closer to the phone).
There were expired products (chocolate) in the fridge. There was no kettle.

Maybe too loud, because of the closeness od the main street, but still, I slept good.

Great location, close to Bega river and next to a park - we have a dog so it was handy having the park near by. At the same time, close to the city centre. Rooms are clean and comfy.
I was glad to find the bathroom equipped with a bidet, but the water pressure was so low.

Breakfast was perfect. Stuff very professional and friendly. Very good location, 5 min walking to the beautiful city center.
Wi-fi sometimes was not a perfect.
