Das Personal war sehr freundlich und alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und die Lage ist sehr gut. alles ist schnell erreichbar und die Menschen sind alle sehr zuvorkommend

The pool is a bit old and the wellness is not at the hotel, is on Ramada and you can use only the pool not the sauna... the pool from Ramada is also old.

Very welcoming. Huge breakfast choice.

The pool closed at 7pm. We arrived at 6:50pm so didn't get much chance to use it.

Breakfast, size of the rooms, comfort of the bed, TV was nice, view from the balcony, access to the pool, access to the massages for extra price.

Rooms could be inspected a bit more in details before they are handed over to the customer. In the bathroom one of the most important lights didn't work and the shower was stuck. But at the reception they helped us and the same day they fixed the issue.

Overall very good. The furnishings were a bit old and outdated, but everything was clean. The sink in my bathroom did not drain, but it was fixed right away after I let reception know. Breakfast was amazing.

Price was a bit high. I don’t know if the four stars are accurate.

great location, just walking distance to the ski slopes.

pool area is average and extra charges for the towels. when one pays around Euro 150 per night for room, charges for pool towels is just not done. the staff at the pool was also friendly, one could see she could understand and speak English but was not forthcoming. Felt almost racial, may be I am wrong but one could not help feeling.

I am disappointed . reservation via booking included a room of a higher standard, but I got a room with a view of the roof, a fungus in the bathroom, an empty container for washing gel. small pool, teenagers fighting in it, it was impossible to swim normally. towel and bathrobe extra payable. when leaving the receptionist -despite the promises, did not even unlock the ticket for departure.

Great hotel, short distance from the ski lifts. Excellent breakfast and dinner, good facilities and very helpful staff. And last but not least - amazing bed. Everything you need for a relaxing skiing holiday.

Breakfast, location and spa were great.

For a 4 star hotel at this price, the furniture and design need refurbishment, many things were too old and therefore broken (i.e. handles of closets) and the general feel is that the design stayed the same since the 70s. That ould be more than ok for a cheaper price, not sure that works for a 4 star at 120eur/night.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The food selection is very good

This hotel is rated 4 starts but it’s lacking in basic fundamentals. The telephone in the room was not working, the shower head was malfunctioning, there was no thermostat in the room and it was unbearably hot at night even after us asking to adjust the temperature at the reception, the robes and the slippers in the room are for an extra charge (would expect that from a 2-3star place but not from a 4 star facility). The evenings are very loud with children running along the corridors overstimulated after daily animation, we couldn’t fall sleep 2 nights in a row. Lastly, our child had to go to the hospital emergency during our stay. He developed a severe ear infection and had a high fever. I needed to give him the prescribed antibiotics but he couldn’t do it on an empty stomach. He is 4 and all he wanted was a small piece of cake. I asked if a cake that was served earlier that day at lunch could be made available and was told that it won’t be until the scheduled dinner time. The manager at the reception was rude to me and raised his voice when I asked why can’t a small cake that is available in the kitchen be given to a sick kid. I went to the dining area to ask for any food so he could take his meds and saw these cakes set out on the table in preparation for dinner. I was shocked and furious. We had paid for half board accommodations but were denied a piece of cake for a sick 4 year old. Completely unacceptable.

Great location, walking distance from the slopes. Good and warm ski room. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed and linen. Free parking for guests of the hotel.
