Limpeza do local e muito espaçoso

dificuldade em encontrar o apartamento pois ja era ao entardercer e ninguem nos acompanhou. O local é imenso. O aquecimento no andar de baixo nao funcionava adequadamente.

Fantastic location in the Marina area of Albufeira. Apartments are spacious and very well equipped. Reception helpful and available to assist guests 24/7. Secure entry into the complex and swimming pools are fenced off for safety. Great initiative which is environment friendly using color coded bags to sort plastics/paper/glass/metal for recycling.

Terrible television signal - could not view any channel for more than 4 minutes without the signal being lost. Same issue applied to the WiFi - even though it is meant to be available in the apartments it does not stay connected and did not have any strength of signal. In the end to complete work related tasks, I had to go to Reception and work from a meeting room there to be guaranteed a WiFi signal.

Clean spacious convenient to town shop nearby

We spent 2 nights here as part of a longer stay in the area. We were so impressed with it. We had awkward check in/out times which the staff accomodated with no issues at all. They were happy to store our luggage when we arrived prior to check in time and were generally very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5. We really liked the pool area which had so much space and different zones which kept the us all occupied for the duration of our stay. It was never overcrowded. The proximity to the marina was also brilliant-we hadn't realised when booking that we would be so close. Plenty within walking distance.

The only very minor gripe was that we only had 5 pillows in total in the apartment-for 5 of us, and these were very flat. I'm sure had we asked, that the staff would have found us some more but as we were only there 1 full night and left in the middle of the next night, we didnt worry.

Great location near the marina with taxis available to get into the old town. Good facilities for a group of ladies, 4 bathrooms! Loads of balconies, too. They needed more hangers, but they were provided on request. The pool area was fab with loads of sunbeds and a little cafe. I would book again and hope to see improvements in housekeeping.

Cleaning was promised on days 2, 4, and 6. We had to request this along with clean towels twice. 1 late afternoon, a cleaner appeared but didn't clean. She made 2 out of 6 beds. Floors were not cleaned once. I let reception know this as it needs sorting out. Our toilets and bathrooms were not cleaned at all so we had to clean them. Also, pillows were not a fair, never mind a good standard. All were lumpy and gave no support. Again, I'd say housekeeping are letting things down again by not reporting when they need changing.

We booked for six friends. . Bedrooms were very spacious . Five balconies and four bathrooms which we didn’t expect. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Quiet at night. Stayed for four days 29th June -3rd July. Plenty of sun loungers. Suitable for groups / couples or families. Wasn’t overcrowded or hectic with kids at pool. Right next to marina and shop. 15 minute scenic walk to old town which has lovely restaurants and bars. Marina also has a few restaurants and bar- much quieter there.

Check out was 12- asked for late check out but unavailable. Overall would recommend.

We loved the pool area, with the little cafe/bar, the well kept grounds, beautiful trees and the spacious feel of the apartment, we had the three bedroomed one on the first and second floors, accessed via stairs. 5 actual quite firm beds (one double four single) plus a trundle bed and a bed settee. The kitchen was well equipped, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc. There were 3 bathrooms with baths and showers over with lots of clean white towels. There was a lot of balconies to choose from which captured the sun at some point in the day/evening. Lots of television channels to choose from and good air con units made it comfortable in the growing heat. The apartments were close to the marina area, which we really like and it's not a bad walk to Albufeira entering from the old town side. We have a fab meal at the Indian Ocean, also good pizzas at the par6gralo restaurant on the marina, it's the one to the right of the easy divers centre. Staff we dealt with at the apartments were friendly and polite. All things considered, we would stay again.

It feels like it needs a revamp. Several pool loungers were breaking, the paint work on the buildings was faded and needed re- painting not just touching up. The pools paint was flaking, but in fairness they did repaint one pool whilst we were there. We were told there was a phone in the apartment kitchen to contact reception with any issues, there was only a socket for one. There was no iron or board, as was described in the details..so I never took an iron and ended up wearing case creased clothes, no big deal but still. There wasn't enough coat hangers, what was there were all ones that had been left behind by guests. It was odd as you had these massive wardrobes and no where to hang your clothes. There was no table on any of the many balconies, so no where to put drinks etc. The apartment was mainly clean, but I marked it down due to dust on the floors and on the head boards, I'm not one to mind a little dust but this was a lot and other people's hair on the floors which ended up on our feet, clothes and everywhere. There was damage to the beautiful wood floor and the door in the main bedroom, seemingly caused by previous less respectful guests. We had ants in the kitchen and another visitor - a barata! I may have screamed upon meeting it's gaze, it scurried away up the wall into it's hiding place. It did mean we spent the rest of the holiday singing La Cucaracha upon entry to the kitchen. So word of advice, do not leave any food out, we didn't, but it smelled what we'd prepared and came looking. You have a dishwasher, but no tablets were provided, nor was there washing up liquid or washing implements. we went to the local supermercado and bought some, but I would suggest you bring along dishwasher tablets the amount you would use in a quite week at home, as I guess you'll want to eat out .. also bring washing pods and ear plugs - if you're a light sleeper, as noise carries well.

Rooms were huge and spotless. Kitchen had everything you needed. Good location close to the marina. Loads of sun loungers and pool was big and clean. Amazing value for money.

Beds weren't the comfiest but were fine for a short stay. Rooms all have a shower over bath so not great for anyone with mobility issues.

This is our second time stay here and everything was great couldn’t fault anything apartments are really big and great for a large group.Pool is big very clean and staff very helpful and nice. Would recommend these apartments for families or groups nothing was a problem to them. Thank you

Only thing this time was the lift was out of service but I’m sure that was just a minor detail and would be fixed as soon asap
