Lovely staff generally nice Good good food - Large room

Clean and spacious room. Great location. Online check in and check out is a great idea and allowed us to check in early.

Television was stuck on mute. We had booked breakfast in our room but staff forgot. We rang for it and when it arrived an hour late it was cold. We were asked to leave the residents bar at 12:10. Told the bar closes at 12 and for insurance reasons we couldn’t stay there. It was a Saturday night and last orders is supposed to be 12:30. Very disappointed as we paid nearly €300

How slow the food was coming out of the bistro was waiting an hour for food but we understand there was a wedding on but there was no communication to say the food would arrive soon

One thing is there should be more signs for reception around lifts and when you come out off room

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Personal am Empfang war bemüht unsere Beschwerden zu berücksichtigen und hat eine Preisreduktion wegen der kalten Dusche in Aussicht gestellt (noch ist diese nicht eingegangen)..

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, kein Kühlschrank. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war extrem gering und das warme Wasser war wiederholt schnell aufgebraucht. Die Entlüftung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück war etwas lieblos. Der Kaffee aus den an sich guten Franke Maschinen hat unerwartet furchtbar geschmeckt. Der Boden im Frühstücksbereich hat geklebt und die Toiletten beim Restaurant waren nicht sauber und etwas ramponiert. Der beworbene Pool ist ein sehr schmales Exemplar im dunklen Keller, das auf den Fotos gut in Szene gesetzt wurde, in der Realität aber wenig Lust darauf gemacht hat, seine Badesachen anzuziehen.

A casa de banho não tem condições, vê-se canalização solta, shampoo e creme banho de má qualidade, duche sem pressão de água e difícil para regular a temperatura. Pequeno almoço pobre, sem variedade.
