Staff on reception very friendly and answered my queries satisfactory. Food delicious. Evening meal was very tasty, variety of food to choose for breakfast with a welcoming smile and assistance from staff. Transport to airport on time and friendly driver. Great start to our hoilday

The breakfast was excellent.

We couldn't find the place. The "Holiday Inn" is closed and we stayed at the Crowne Plaza. It would have been nice to know that.

Arrived and was told that the Holiday Inn express had been taken over by IHG so we had been upgraded to the Crowne Plaza next door! Hotel was beautiful, clean, brilliantly helpful staff, comfortable beds and lovely room. Also, they have a free shuttle to the hotel from the airport that comes every half an hour and is a great service. We used it a few times as you can also get buses into the centre from the airport. We were allowed to check in early and the breakfast selection is amazing!

On our last day the hotel put on a tiny shuttle bus that didn't cater for the amount of people that were going to the airport. This caused us abit of a delay but hotel worked quickly and efficently to resolve the issue and we still got to the airport in plenty of time. Apart from that, our stay was perfect.

Flight arrived at 05:30. Got to hotel around 07:00. Of course our room was not ready at that early hour, but you had nice big couches in the lobby we could rest (and nap) on. Breakfast was good.

Parking should be included.

We were pleasantly surprised to learn that we would be staying at the Crowne Plaza.

The hotel was lovely and staff bent over backwards to accommodate us. There is a spectacular park across the street. We went for several long walks there.

We had a complimentary upgrade to the Crown Plaza Hotel which was very nice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Our room was a good size with a big comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Breakfast was good with various options. Overall a very nice stay.

Perfect hotel to rest comfortably and in comfort before a long flight. Excellent choices for breakfast. Airport shuttles every half hour.

People are reception had poor language skills, not acceptable for people working at Reception. Am requesting a refund for the 3 breakfast paid for. And have not heard a response yet

Breakfast was amazing, close to public transportation and the airport shuttle was extremeley helpful.

Comfort at the hotel was good standard. The phone call in the room to know if everyone was okay. Choice for the Breakfast.

Strangely when we have arrived at the Hotel we have been redirected to the Crown Plaza. We would have liked to have the information before as the welcome as the planned hotel Holiday Inn but the security was weird: like if we have done something wrong asking to come in and do the check in. The staff at the Crown Plaza made the effort to welcome us properly after our surprise, but we did no feel it was sincere. The staff at the Breakfast was not much more friendly and attention to us. Pity.

The person who checked us in, made sure to put us on a list for the airport shuttle at 5:30 am and then asked if we wanted a bagged breakfast in the morning because the breakfast wouldn’t have started when we left. He also upgraded our room without us asking!

More choices in the restaurant. It was a Sunday and we didn’t have a car to go anywhere.
