Отель хороший, расположение прекрасное, завтраки вкусные, выбор еды разнообразный. Территория чистая и ухоженная. Номер был в саду, тихий, спокойный. Хороший бассейн. Шезлонгов, действительно, мало для такого большого отеля. Но мы всегда находили для себя свободные с утра. На бассейне играет приятная музыка в течении дня. Персонал доброжелательный и приветливый. На парковке всегда были места для автомобиля.
-Много людей в отеле.
-Отелю требуется ремонт и реновация.
-У нас в номере был шумный кондиционер, спать было не комфортно.
-Холодильник плохо охлаждал.

Staff are fantastic - always happy to help. Housekeeping made me a wonderful birthday cake design out of towels for my bed and also gave me a piece of cake with a candle ❤️
Breakfast offers Western style food and is nice to eat overlooking the pool and beach bar set ups

The hotel was in the perfect part of Kuta, the quiet end. I liked that there was no road between the hotel and the beach. The staff were as helpful as they could be.the breakfast buffet was generous in a cool setting looking out toward the beach.
This hotel has seen better days. The upkeep and the cleanliness were below par. There was no body lotion or cotton buds in the bathroom, and when I rang reception, I was told there wasn’t any in the hotel. The same for a corkscrew to open my bottle of wine. I would not stay here again.

We always get the Buffet breakfast included in our cost. Breakfast is and lots of variety. After about 3 or 4 days though we tend to skip brekky and wait for lunch as you kinda get sick of eating the same thing. Dont get me wrong there is a huge selection but you miss the Aussie food

As usual, another amazing stay here! clean, comfortable rooms, varied breakfasts, great facilities close to everything (beach and beach bars only meters away from the hotel) and staff that couldn't be happier or more helpful.
We cannot fault this place - this was our third visit in 3 years, and definitely won't be our last.

The room was a bit tired and some renovations were occurring when we were there so there was some disruption (e.g. moving of the lobby area). Would have appreciated knowing about this before we stayed.

The last week was not good with all the Indian stay they were very loud and a lot off people in the resort were taking about how rude and had no respect for everyone else you staff were amazing thank you my room number was 1309 thank you

Breakfast area far too busy and chaotic oftentimes it was difficult to find a place to sit and staff had trouble replenishing food and tableware. Toilets located in the front pool area were dirty on each occasion that we used them. Disappointing dinner at the restaurant one evening with slow service when ordering and subsequently not even receiving our meals.

The location was central to everything and right in the beach. The facilities were great and plenty of options for pools & service if you just wanted to chill out onsite. The rooms were clean and every single staff member was friendly and accommodating. Stated in Bali many times and would definitively stay there again. Breakfast buffet was awesome too!

The air conditioning in the room was too cold I had to wear a cardigan most of the time. If we turned the temperature up the floor and bedding would get wet from the humidity something they can't fix

I have stayed here often and choose this hotel for its location, the friendliness and helpfulness of staff, the brilliant restaurant and breakfasts.
The spa is located on the property but is not part of the hotel. I was not happy with the reception service at the spa, which is a tenant.
