Excellent location just off Queens St. Spacious rooms that are comfortable and well equipped.

Facilities a little dated. Clean but simple.

Found 4 sewing needles in my carpet Being new wing had to ring 4 times for things that weren’t working in the room.

Mi habitación era muy espaciosa y cómoda. Incluía hasta un living room. Me pude dar hasta un baño de tina. Tenía televisión con sky, mini refrigerador, tazas, platos, cubiertos y hervidor eléctrico. Cama cómoda, desayuno incluído. Lo recomiendo, volveré a quedarme aquí en mi vuelta a Auckland. La ubicación buenísima, con todo el centro cerca.

Todo bien, pero el desayuno podría tener un poco más de variedad y tener frutas naturales (eran de lata). Sería bueno tener un espacio de espera más grande ya que hay sólo dos sillones. De todas formas lo recomiendo!

The reception staff were absolutely amazing when we arrived so kind and friendly and helping us to get organized. The staff in the restaurant for breakfast with also really friendly and polite the food at the breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and tidy the bed was super comfortable in the shower was nice. Great location and parking available onsite were awesome

Great location - close to Queen St and Sky Tower and a Woolworths where we could buy food and drinks including wine and beer. Nice Irish Bar close too. Breakfast provided in price. Clean and comfortable but not top quality.

No parking out the front which made it difficult to pack bags into our hire car. No fresh fruit available at breakfast.

The pillows seemed new and were fluffy, the room was very clean, all staff was friendly and helpful, I thought the included breakfast was great, location was excellent. The room was very large and had a microwave, mini fridge, and a few basic dishes.

My room was very dated, not at all what is pictured on Booking.com. It felt like a budget hotel from the 80s/90s. I had a peek at other floors, and two floors were completely gutted (rooms and hallway), so it looks like they're renovating a lot and may be doing the 4th floor (where I stayed) at some point. However, that hadn't happened yet! Also, the mattress was old. I found it still comfortable enough, but it was definitely not plush. Otherwise, my stay was great.

Great value, nice compact room, friendly staff, Nice cooked Breakfast thrown in was a bonus. Including the new expresso coffee machine.

The tv only had a few channels, 1,2,3 werent working which people like to watch the news on channel 1, there was a time limit on the hot water for showers for 15 minutes we had 4 people stay in the same room. I've never had a problem with any other motel. The ironing board kept dropping on the ground I rung up for some service took nearly 30 minutes.

When I booked the room I did read that the room will have no window. It is why I was disappointed, but the room was large enough, the bed good, bathroom nice and good breakfast.

It was an excellent check-in - friendly and efficient. The room was large and clean. I liked the Sky TV channel selection. It was a hearty breakfast - and free of charge. The breakfast staff could not have been nicer.

Breakfast was great. The location was perfect for us as we arrived and left by bus and it was an easy walk to the bus station

Blev uppgraderad till ett större rum vilket var trevligt, väldigt trevlig personal som hjälpte svara på frågor utan problem.

fönstren var ganska skitiga och hade problem att stängas ordentligt så nattljudet var väldigt högljutt i rummet (speciellt gränden bakom hotellet där man slängde soppor)

O café da manhã é excelente, o quarto é bem completo, com microondas e frigobar.

Passei número do meu cartão para ser usado como calção, dois dias depois meu cartão foi usado indevidamente. Tenho certeza que foi usado por alguém do hotel, pois meu cartão não possui número impresso, o único lugar que passei o número do cartão foi no hotel.

but the noise from the new railway station construction outside was no good, I couldnt relax or sleep, I was on the 4 floor facing Victoria West

Noise of plumbing and thin walls; breakfast was not great at all: limited choice ; coffee was horrid; staff were indifferent.

Great location centre of town. Very helpful friendly girl on the counter when we checked in.

Roadworks going on. Streets half blocked off. Had to pay an extra $35 for car parking which was located under the building.

Breakfast was what you would expect. Not brilliant but being included in room price would stay again with breakfast included.

Comfortable bed and a good sleep

The size of the room was big, and it was clean.

The breakfast ..The place for breakfast was so small and hot that you felt claustrophobic. It was packed, at 9am we had the last table it was like eating at a school canteen. The food was average and no variety, one type of bread, one canned fruit. We had to ask for cutlery as they didn't keep it stocked. The milk jug was so heavy couldn't lift it as it was so full, perhaps 2 small ones would be better. The staff looked stressed and flustered. There were a few stairs to breakfast area, would be hard if you couldn't do stairs as didn't see a lift option. The room .. some plugs didn't work, the shower over the bath needed a handrail, super slippery and older or limited mobility people would struggle, it's dangerous. Beds were very hard. Location was the only thing going for this place

The reason I chose the hotel is the location is close to the sky is terminal. It is 5 minute walk.

Not really. Breakfast is reasonable, however the restaurant was a bit crowded.

The King Standard Studios are nice. Good view to the tower. Relatively big as well.
