停车位置少，我们得停到对面的街道上，酒店在装修，不知道怎么走人行通道去hotel

The parking situation was terrible. It was very difficult to park, and there was water leaking in the parking area. The hotel isn’t located in the town center, yet parking still came with a $15 fee per night, which felt unreasonable. The building itself was underwhelming, with half of it under renovation. The building itself felt more like a budget hotel than a resort. The reception area was tiny, and nothing about it gave off a resort vibe. Even though I booked a lake view room, half the view was blocked by trees, which really took away from the experience. As for the room amenities, they were very basic. No bottled water and milk, which is surprising for a hotel at this price point.

We always love staying at the Oaks shore. The front section is newly renovated and very comfortable and cozy. Rooms are spacious and well appointed making for a certain enjoyable stay

Unfortunately there’s still a lot of construction going on and limited parking available but no noise could be heard so that’s a real plus

Love the rooms and the lake view/lake access!

The Reno’s meant it wasn’t super accessible but it was still great!

We had a very nice room overlooking the lake, it was quiet and very spacious.

The renovations were finished

The size of the apartment was huge! Could comfortably stay for longer. Good size kitchen, huge balcony, good size living room, and beautiful view of the lake and remarkables. They also offered a free shuttle to the town centre. The photos don’t do it justice. I thought the furniture looked a bit dated but when we arrived, it was completely fine. Love having a kitchen because we were able to save money by cooking breakfast and dinner (Queenstown can be a bit pricey).

The cooking utensils needed to be replaced. Couldn’t cut an onion as the knife was so blunt. Parking is a bit tight so be cautious of what car you have. There is a bit of construction going on which wasn’t noted on booking.com (only saw this in the reviews and then read it on oaks website. However this was fine - didn’t obstruct the view or wasn’t noisy. Was only a bit of a pain getting in and out of the carpark).

強いていうなら、洗濯機があるとよかったです。 洗濯はtown centre までいがなければなりません。 あとは工事をしていて、急な坂を重たいスーツケースを持って移動しなければなりませんでした。
