The location was great. Convenience of toilet facilities in each room and tv too but maybe not soooo necessary.

Parking was an inconvenience specially having to asqueeze pass two trucks with luggage to get to our rooms. Because of room set ups had to use the sofa bed which was reallly uncomfortable. Using the toilets or showers in the rooms was uncomfortable especially whn needing to do a Number two and feeling super self concious about the smell you are leaving the occupants room and then having to ask occupants to leave so you could shower. (We were camped in lounge on sofa bed) space provided for 6 sleeping but small eating area

it’s well appointed being a great location and a clean comfortable bed for a night’s sleep before an early morning flight

Friendliness of staff, clean and tidy. Great aircon. Met my needs.

No car access to units. It was a wee way to lug my luggage. Shower/bath in bedroom.

Value for money. Clean and comfortable. Quiet Air conditioning worked well and was quiet.

Unfortunately we didn't get to meet the staff as we only used the room for a few hours overnight. The check in was easy and it was a comfy room. A little bit of a drive, but not too far from the airport.

Everything about Airport Birches was great. Close to the airport, clean, comfortable and well equipped accommodation. But the real asset is the staff, all of whom were friendly and amenable. A special mention for Brian who was managing the place in the absence of the owners. He was extremely helpful, friendly, attentive and accommodating about everything we needed, be it an earlier check in, advice on where to get food/supplies near to the motel or dropping us off at our car rental depot at the end of our stay. Highly recommended and we will, indeed, be back!

This is the fifth time I have stayed at this hotel. And the reason I have always come back is how well it’s kept up and the quietness of it. It’s easy to get to and when ready to leave easy to get back on the road.

The room I had was very clean it was room 11. But I like room 1 the best. Easers to get to for me. This time where I was at was very very noise.

very close to the airport and they provide drop-off and pick-up services at airports. very convenient for those who take Red-eye flight travelors.

It would have been useful to know that the complimentary shuttle to airport does not start until 9am. I would have thought that would eliminate a good percentage of likely users who overnight near the airport.
