We were upgraded to a premium which was nice from a family suite but my son had to sleep on a mattress on the floor because they only had a double bed in the regular suite room. I had asked in advance.Their room was very basic. Bit noisy because of party goers and empties in the stairwell. OK for an overnight stay but wouldn't want to stay longer.

love how the reception was open 24hrs as we had a very late flight cancellation and needed a last minute place to stay. This one saved us & my 1 year old girl

Great accommodation- we had our flights cancelled. We were able to get 4 rooms, which were fantastic. Staff were exceptional and very friendly and helpful.

it had lots of earring places close by.

it needs a complete update. mix matched in the bathroom. very tired throughout.

Bed was comfortable, lovely bathroom and had a lift

No room service as we arrived at 9.30pm, and all restaurants were closed.

The room and bed were very comfy,enjoyed the spa bath a lot. Was quiet so we didnt get disturbed by the traffic or other people which was great.

Only thing/s we didnt like too much was there wasnt a tea towel to dry your dishes as well as no dish washing liquid to actually watch the dishes with. There wasnt any little milk things either to go along with a coffe or tea so had to get our own. Also it took a long time to get the tv started everytime you wanted it on . Other than these small things we were very happy with the room and hotel.

the buildings were leaking when it rained and they stunk like leaking buildings yet they still put people in those units, pretty bad really

there was a power cut at the night due tp rainfall, no power to charge up mobile phone or anything entire night and the power is not back till the morning of checkout. Cannot take shower either. And the manager was only refunding $20

Good internet

Old and smelly carpet, unfriendly staff, lying about 24 h reception. I was trying to check out at 6.30 am and the reception was closed. No bell, no answer when I called the number that was on the door. After knocking on the door, a sleepy reception person came and rudely told me that i should not knock on the glass door. When i asked about 24 h reception, he said the reception is closed between 11 pm and 7 am despite the website advertising 24 h reception

Breakfast overpriced and lacking service.
