We always stop here as the property as it’s beautiful lots of classic features but in a modern way.

Breakfast was great but moved from the large grand room to a smaller room so not as special.

Location is handy for local transport

Allocated wrong room initially followed by shambolic management of that and subsequent issue with cancelling of room cards including lies being told. I would expect a full refund for the poor service provided.

Good breakfast options from buffet to À la carte. Very close to Liverpool Street main station and easy access to bus, underground to any place in London. Excellent staff(a special thanks to Sam for the lovely compliments for our anniversary). Comfy rooms and in a very busy place in London.

The station area might be slightly dicey in the night time. Wished that the rooms could have been slightly bigger for the price we paid.

Everything, staff exceptional, friendly and helpful on every level, food superb in both restaurants. A little pricey but you get what you pay for and London is not cheap anyway.. I couldn't get my card to work on check, but only because I was stupidly entering the wrong pin number. Fleur was so helpful and suggested entering the card details manually on her screen which worked. She could tell I was stressed and later sent up a complimentary beer. The only time I have experienced similar service was in a 5 star hotel in Hong Kong!!

Nothing I didn't like.

The room was spacious with plenty of amenities. From fluffy towels to comfy dressing gowns, an cute analogue clock by the bed to a well stocked tea making tray, the hyatt team had thought of everything. There was a note from manager in our room - handwritten - with a bottle of bubbly. Totally unexpected and a lovely touch. The front of house team are very attentive and well trained.

Our heating was faulty but they quickly sent someone to help

location, staff, facilities, extra comfortable beds which it was clear the owners had invested in to make as comfortable as possible for guests. All in all the hotel has everything a business man or general traveller on vacation would want

The steam room was out of order for a couple of days - but the staff rectified this. Also some rooms dont offer baths in the en-suites nonetheless this may not be a big issue for most.

I really liked the extra touches, a welcome drink on arrival, personal letter at turn down, complementary soft drinks and snacks. Just made to feel really welcome!

The service in the members bar was woeful, we waited 40 mins for drinks, was a total shambles.

Room was a great size and bed was exceptionally comfortable. Amazing location, super easy to get to from Heathrow, and not very touristy. There was a note about construction near the hotel and potential noises, but we heard absolutely nothing. The daily wine hour is an awesome treat, and the staff was nothing but wonderful to us. The hairdryer in the room wasn’t working and they promptly dropped off a working one for us. Truly loved our stay and this is now my go-to hotel next time I’m in London.

The shower drain was a bit slow, so sometimes the water would pool and overflow into the bathroom floor.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing and the staff in the breakfast room was accommodating and polite.

The overpriced drinks in the bar! Even with London prices,that’s simply unacceptable😌

The location. Very centrally located. Literally outside the Liverpool Street Station, which is one of the key tube stations in London. Allows for great connectivity. The decor and the vibe of the hotel is also very nice. Clean, modern, contemporary. The rooms also are decent in size and comfortable.

The room I stayed in had one window but it overlooked an internal area. Because of this there was no light in the room and it made the whole appeal a little dark and sad. Some of the rooms have a street view so if you get those, you are lucky. Otherwise all good.

Nice rooms with clean facilities. Right next to train/tube station so it’s super convenient. Much more value than money versus other locations, like Soho.

Bathroom flush was a tad noisy.

Slowest internet i have ever seen in my life Last time i used internet this slaw was 2005 The speed is 1 mb you can hardly work with this internet I do not think the hotel staff worked in hotel in their life Upon check in was only one receptionist available! and it was check in time already ! Room wasnt ready had to wait after the check time Came from prague where we also stayed at andaz hotel but this was no near prague at all Definitely not coming back

Everything! Comfortable bed and spacious room with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staff are so helpful and obliging.

Andaz has a fantastic location right by Liverpool Street station. Lovely staff. Amazing smell as you walk in the door. Luxurious feel. Comfy beds.

Payment system is always a bit annoying as you have to authorisation fee of the entire night on check in and then balance on check out. As two separate items. This adds up to a lot of money if you have a debit card as it’s an expensive hotel. And the authorisation doesn’t come back for days. They should just let you pay the night in full on check in so you are only paying once and make this clear. So 5 days later I’m still waiting for over £400 to come back onto my card. Not sure why they do it this way. It’s the only thing I found annoying. They couldn’t just use that transaction. They wanted me to pay again separately and for me to wait for that one to come back on my card. It still hasn’t.

Room was very nice but way overpriced. I have stayed in various Hyatt hotels all over the world. £350 and breakfast was not included. Staff were very nice.

I was advised when I tried to book a room for the night whilst stood at check in that I had to book online first. We had to stay unexpectedly as our train had been cancelled. I was trying to deal with my son who is autistic and was extremely upset.

My wife and my daughter stayed there and they told me how lovely the hotel and staff were in every single aspect of their stay. special thanks to the manager and front desk/reception professionals which were always supportive and nice.
