We were in a room beside the lift shaft and the noise from the lift going up & down caused a very disturbed early morning. Luckily it didn't get the use over night. We did inform reception on check out.

The balcony view was superb as well as the cleanliness and comfort.

Both the tvs weren’t working properly. Had a two guys sent up to help us connect to the tvs and they were unable to resolve issues. Furthermore only one of the control panels for the bathroom was working. This made it very inconvenient as we had to go around to the other control panel to manage the lights, etc.

Room was of a very good size. Free water bottle was a nice touch, shower was very good

The nespresso machine in the room didn't work correctly and didn't have any instructions on how to use it. The automatic curtain got stuck at the top when shut

Great views of the Thames. Good kitchen facilities, comfortable beds. Easily accommodated 2 parents, 2 kids. Staff was excellent.

Location wasn't excellent for us, moderate amount of walking or taxis needed to reach transportation. Good value though.

The check in process was okay,got more of the information from the TV in the room. The room was nice and cozy,probably the best sleep I have had in hotels. Their food was really tasteful. My partner ordered steak with fries and mashed which were really huge portions while I went with the chicken biryani.Kudos to the Indian chef! Never seen such big and many chunks of chicken anywhere else. Will definitely recommend this property and I will for sure be back for more nights.

Wanted waffles for breakfast but they are not served each day.

Hotel is large but staff were excellent & efficient & a great breakfast ! Opted for the eco option which meant no housekeeping for my 2 night stay but the shower screen glass obvious had not been cleaned for sometime as the were considerable water / lime scale stains all over them although the other parts of the bathroom & room were very clean. All in all perfectly placed hotel for my stay.

As above the water & limescale stains on the shower glass which had obviously not been cleaned for sometime let alone before my stay.

O quarto era confortável, mas o ar condicionado não funcionava no quente, reportamos a situação na recepção mas não creio que tenho sido feito alguma coisa. Os funcionários eram simpáticos e prestáveis. Atividades para as crianças durante a Páscoa. Gostei da reposição diária de água e café!

A vista do quarto era má! Dava para as traseiras onde só se via a linha de comboio e nada referia na reserva. Penso que para o valor pago pela suite de 1 quarto deveria ter uma vista melhor e que desse para ir à varanda. O pequeno almoço é um pouco fraco e 2 dias seguidos tivemos que ir para outra sala de refeições na cave por falta de capacidade.

The breakfast was complimentary and the best we have ever had.

The upgrade to a room facing Big Ben with floor to ceiling windows was spectacular.

Lovely comfortable bed. Bathroom clean and spacious, variety of pillows. I like low soft fluffy pillows and half were just like that. It was pouring with rain in the evening and it was great to have some large strong umbrellas to borrow from the hotel. A life saviour for me as I had to go out (please always return hotel umbrellas as next time there might not be any left available when you really need one). I made the hotel aware of a couple of small issues with my room upon checkout which the girl seemed to take very seriously and apologised to me. I was making them aware for the next guest as the housekeeping may not come across them. All staff I came across were lovely, pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful hotel, great facilities, short walk to Vauxhall underground, amazing views of the Thames, houses of Parliament and Big Ben from our suite. Also great leisure facilities and pool. A perfect family break and we will return.

The only downside was being sent downstairs to an overflow breakfast room on our first morning. Although the food offering is the same, the restaurant upstairs has a far superior view and atmosphere.

Good location and comfortable well presented room

I was staying over for my birthday. The online check in didn’t work but the most disappointing element was when we returned to the hotel after a nice evening out and went to the bar for a drink before bed. It was 11.50pm and we were refused service as the bar was shutting down. I have stayed at numerous hotels across the uk on business and for leisure and have never been refused a drink as a resident after hours. The bar staff were quite rude in their attitude when refusing to serve. I ordered room service (the only option available and was charged in excess of £23 for a small bottle of beer and a medium glass of wine (over £7 charged for room service). This unfortunately was the most memorable and disappointing element of my stay.

Great location, friendly and efficient staff, room was larger and nicer than I expected.

The TV kept turning itself off. We booked for 4 people but the additional bedding wasn’t provided (it was quickly brought to us once requested though).
