Hôtel calme et bien situé (15 mn à pied de la gare de Vevey)
La chambre n'est pas très grande mais propre et fonctionnelle, avec vue sur des arbres et le lac.
Idem pour la salle du petit déjeuner, par ailleurs largement suffisant.
Le rapport qualité-prix est très intéressant pour Vevey.
L'emplacement immédiat de l'hôtel n'est pas très agréable (derrière une station-service, le long d'un boulevard).
L'hôtel n'a pas de cachet particulier (architecture des années 1960 ou 70).

Die Zimmer sind klein aber sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Schöne Aussichtsuf den See und die Berge. Der Empfang an der Rezeption sehr nett. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.
Am Morgen etwas laut von der Strasse.

Immaculately clean room. Comfortable. Good restaurant and breakfast. Lovely lake view. Welcoming and very helpful host.
We appreciated the city bus pass for tourists provided by the host.

very disappointed ! I booked room with mountain view but was given one creepy room at basement — facing backyard (I won’t call it garden) was expecting good view of Vevey
only plus point — free Riviera Card
everything !!! they even write “ski at door step” on description which is total lie !! it’s along roadside how to ski even during winter I wonder ?? also need to take bus to town as it’s not walking distance.. super noisy when shower with the pump

Breakfast and restaurant very good
Breakfast was advertised until 10am, but we were told it was only until 9:30am. Would recommend they change advertised breakfast to align with 9:30am time stated upon arrival

Unfortunately the hotel manager has a very unusual sense of customer service and is quite confrontational. The hotel is nice enough, though as with everything in Switzerland, the price is higher than elsewhere in Europe. I had a nice evening meal, and the restaurant was good.
Reception and the customer service from hotel manager. There seem to be lots of similar comments from others and so im sure its not just me :( Please take on board the feedback, chill out, or let someone else do the front of house work.

Nice room and a good breakfast .
The team is very pleasant and helpful.
Walking to the city will take 10-15 minutes, few minutes by car.
Walking back is a bit uphill – not hard – just take it into consideration.

Luigi, the manager/owner was a delight. He is fluent in many languages and was kind and generous. The hotel views were amazing. My room had a view of Lac Leman with the French Alps just beyond the lake. morning views or working on my computer in the room were beautiful. Breakfast was included and it was excellent.
location could be more central but it was only a 15 minute walk from the train station. 3 out of 5 in this category only.

Good location. Parking and service station in front of the hotel. Excellent restaurant. Friendly owner. We got an upgrade and enjoyed a very clean room with magnificient lake view.

Very comfortable and easy going atmosphere. Clean room and bathroom.
Breakfast buffet had everything one needs.
We had our eight month old son and the staff were super helpful and friendly.
Although there are many eateries in Vevey, we had dinner at the restaurant and can recommend it.

Location was very convenient for our trip. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Make sure to get the "riviera card" as it allows you to use the public transport for free and get large discounts on museums etc. You will get the card for free for the reception.
Some ants decided to invade our room.
