Sehr schöne Sicht und gute Anbindung für Wanderungen. Die Parkplätze sind kostenfrei. Die Reinigungskraft war total aufmerksam, danke dafür!
Die Rezeption war leider wenig besetzt und man hat keine wichtigen Informationen oder Ähnliches erhalten. Schade war, dass die Dame beim Frühstück nicht sehr aufmerksam war und weniger Lust auf ihren Job am morgen hatte. Der Duschkopf war verschimmelt und es war mehr als hellhörig. Wir haben in den 3 Nächten sehr schlecht geschlafen und würden aus dem Grund nicht mehr dort übernachten wollen. Das „Hotel“ ist eher für ein Restaurant am abends ausgelegt, welches aber sehr gut ist! Das Frühstück war einfach und nicht besonders herausragend.

Die Lage und der Blick sind atemberaubend, die Mannschaft total engagiert und freundlich. Im Restaurant kann man wirklich gut essen und auch das Frühstück ist prima. Weiteres Hightlicht ist die Anreise mit der Zahnradbahn, die einen trotz ihres gehobenen Alters stets zuverlässig auf den Berg trägt.
Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist einfach - aber gemütlich und ausreichend. Gegenübergestellt mit Preis und Blick - vollkommen okay !

Views are stunning and sunsets breath taking over the lake, in a lovely chocolate box hotel, the rooms were so cosy and comfortable, hope to come again one day! thanks for a lovely stay.

The Hotel location is far from the city and only one train is available to commute to the hotel. The train frequency is 1hr after 6PM.

It was a very warm evening, and the room did not have a fan or AC. It was difficult to get a good sleep.

Amazing views. Room was spacious and comfortable. The girl at breakfast was very helpful. We had dinner on both nights of our stay. The food is good and service was very good on Saturday not so good on Sunday. The restaurant manager on Saturday was very efficient. On the whole we had a good time.
A small fan in the room as well as coffee facilities would help. Some extra pillows would be nice too. With regards to the restaurant what spoiled it for us was a long hair in the ice cream. This was immediately changed by the staff when informed, but non the less an apology and the ice cream on the house would have shown good service. The price of the ice cream was a negligible amount to what we spent on the meal. The gesture would have been appreciated rather than the monetary value.

The location is fabulous. Not for its proximity to Montreux but for the amazing views. However, as it is so close to the train to Montreux, it is really not a problem. If we hadn't stayed here, we would not have seen the magnificent views.
The restaurant was excellent, the staff was friendly and provided great service. The complimentary limoncello was a nice touch.
The room was a little small. The breakfast could have been better. Perhaps some fresh fruit and a better variety of eggs.

Great accommodations and staff! The room was great especially with the views. I also loved waking up and knowing that breakfast would be included. The coffee was just divine.
During the night my doorknob turned about 10 times with other guests trying to open it. I'm not sure if they thought room #1 was the bathroom upstairs...

The hotel was absolutely amazing, but the one thing that made our stay particularly enjoyable was the staff. They're just so energetic and engaged one would get the impression they're all part owners. Special shout out to Patrick. Will definitely be back!

The restaurant was fantastic and the staff so pleasant. A wonderful location and worth the travel up the mountain to stay. Spectacular views and well heated. The shared bathrooms are clean and modern.

Amazing location with beautiful views. We had to take the cog train to & from Montreux which was an adventure in itself. True swiss chalet experience. Would visit again.
