Great location to hospitality venues in Glenelg.
Close to beach.
Great parking.
Easy access to local public transport.
Unmanned, so no reception. However they do have a phone number that can be called with any requirements being provided on request.

No staff, had trouble with the self check in. Mouldy shower, didn't replace the coffee, tea, sugar. Won't be going back.

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The check in process was smooth, although impersonal. The location was excellent. Walking distance to Coles, top restaurants and cafes, and Glenelg Beach. The mini bar was very inexpensive. Only $7 for a can of beer. Only 2 beers though.
Sheets on the bed did not cover the mattress. There was a lot of street noise, which may bother some people. If we had a problem after 5pm, there is only emergency contact. Luckily there were no problems. No check in staff. Toilet roll and tissue dispenser impossibly close to toilet.

There should be better instructions for the parking, as it says free parking, but all the signs say $4 an hour. It makes it a bit hard when there are no staff to ask. We arrived after dark.

Only complaint we had was the water from the shower running off the sides of the spa, and getting water all over the bathroom floor.

Great location comfortable bed nice and quiet great views
No reception staff just all done through the front machine The complementary biscuits should be checked exchanged as ours were not consumable but overall quite happy

Was ok for an overnight stay
Car parking could have been better, gave free parking but in a parking lot that had paid parking in it which didn’t leave a lot of space to park and at night when we came back there was no parking space left
