Excellent hotel. Very modern and clean. Had an evening meal, was nice and not too expensive.

Charged £25 for parking which was expensive considering we was only there 11 hours.

The room had everyhting a modern person need - several outlets for all types of connnections, good speed Wifi. Good buffet breakfast, and shutlle to LGW airport stops right in front of the hotel - one can not ask for more for a short connection.

The staff was very nice

Minimalist hotel rooms not for two people. London hotels usually have the round plug outlets. This hotel only had flat so I was out of luck using my cpap machine. No closet just hangers attach to the wall This is my second stay at an ibis hotel , never again

The hotel is close by the airport, there's shuttle that takes you to the airport for a low cost. The staff was really friendly, especially in the nigh with the check in.

There isn't anything I didn't like. But I can suggest a telephone for the rooms would be great for 2025

Clean room. I liked that they had USB outlets directly in the wall because I didn't have the correct plug (I only had USA and EU plugs for my electronics)

I told them in advance I was getting in very late and asked how the airport shuttle worked. They did not inform me that the shuttle does not run all night (and that it is 5 pounds each way). Luckily it turns out there were several city buses running that just involved a short walk.

Just for the food. I had spring rolls and they served with barbecue sauce instead of sweet chilli.
