Lähellä keskustaa, rauhallinen huoneisto, vain 4 asuntoa. Kauppa todella lähellä, helppo viedä koira ulos lenkille.

Great location very close to the center, excellent value for money, the hotel has all one might need, helpful and nice personnel.

Really warm and comfy rooms and very friendly staff.

No toothpaste in the room and weird shampoo in the shower.

Location and breakfast. The walks to the town center and the museum were especially invigorating. In general the staff at reception were helpful (except for one incident that left a very bad taste).

Around 2 am the first night there was loud grinding noise in the room. It appeared to be the a/c. The manager came to investigate and while her partner was trying to locate the source, the manager (lady) responded in a very insulting manner, as I was trying to help identify the possible source of the noise ("I am not deaf, I can hear ..."). Not sleeping well and then being yelled at for trying to help, not my ideal stay ... and next day no acknowledgement or apology, let alone any offer to compensate in cash or kind. Extremely disappointing and insulting!

The hotel was very comfortable, right at the centre of Rovaniemi. Value for Money
