Aamiainen - runsas ja monipuolinen valikoima ihan kaikkea. Ruokailutila iso. Henkilökunta auttavainen ja ystävällinen. Kuten tuntui olevan koko pohjois-Suomessa. Sellaista ei näe tai koe etelässä.Hyvä kokemus. Suosittelen

Lähellä keskustaa, rauhallinen huoneisto, vain 4 asuntoa. Kauppa todella lähellä, helppo viedä koira ulos lenkille.

Great location very close to the center, excellent value for money, the hotel has all one might need, helpful and nice personnel.

Really warm and comfy rooms and very friendly staff.
No toothpaste in the room and weird shampoo in the shower.

Location and breakfast. The walks to the town center and the museum were especially invigorating. In general the staff at reception were helpful (except for one incident that left a very bad taste).
Around 2 am the first night there was loud grinding noise in the room. It appeared to be the a/c. The manager came to investigate and while her partner was trying to locate the source, the manager (lady) responded in a very insulting manner, as I was trying to help identify the possible source of the noise ("I am not deaf, I can hear ..."). Not sleeping well and then being yelled at for trying to help, not my ideal stay ... and next day no acknowledgement or apology, let alone any offer to compensate in cash or kind. Extremely disappointing and insulting!

Excellent breakfast, Location was good for the town centre
Room had no AC so was very hot and uncomfortable, the only way to cool the room was to open the window which was then noisy with traffic. There was a kettle and cups in the room but no tea, coffee, sugar etc to make anything with. I couldn't log onto the internet

Breakfast, room & location are the best rates I will give. Very convenient to walk around where the hotel is near the shopping mall, and the bus stop is just right in front of the Hotel. As well as 10 to 15 mins driving time from the Airport.
Breakfast is so delicious, and you can have a buffet dinner in the hotel if you want with 16 EURO for each person.
Staffs are helpful and friendly.

Breakfast is superb. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Less than 10 minutes from the city centre.
Room is a bit small and you can hear noises from outside.

Location : Airport shuttle and buses to Santa Claus village stops near the hotel .

+ the breakfast was okay although not as diverse as in other places around the city
+ the room was quite big and clean
+ the personnel was really friendly and kindly helped us with every request we had
- the beds were not that stable and we didn't have one big bed in the double room, but 2 smaller ones placed one near the other. They always slid away from each other and had to be pushed back together.
- although it was clean, the toilet paper holder was really weird and it didnt allow us to pull out as much TP as we would have wanted
- really old tv with now hdmi and barely any available tv channels
- old furniture and generally an old look and feel to the whole hotel
- the walls were really thin and you could hear other tenants arguing and snoring over the night
