Everything was perfect - more than perfect. I am not sure what I was expecting exactly, but all I can say is I just loved every moment at the Plaza. I could not fault it in any way. Thank you so much.

Good location. Friendly staff. Nice and fresh, modern refurbished rooms.
1 tiny capsule of milk in the fridge on arrival.
We picked up more milk at the restaurant on the way back to our room in the afternoon.
Noisey , possibly FIFO, neighbours upstairs and next door.

Everything was lovely. Friendly staff. Clearly thinking of people's needs regardless of the reason they're there. Getting the upgrade was a bonus. So thank you. Recommend the hotel.

Friendly staff, nice motel and close to all amenities.
Woken up alot by other peoples doors closing (very noisy when they close) all hours of the night so very little sleep, especially when the workers were leaving for work around 3-4am in the morning.

The hotel is basic but well provided with amenities, is clean and location good, and with friendly staff.

This is a great place - for access to the top end of the town.
It is however full of fly in and out workers etc, this isn't an issue, it just drives up the price for regular travellers.
So expect to pay top dollar for not what we would call a top dollar hotel.
Price point is gouging off of a market economy, to be expected, but we dont have to like it.

Was asked by two cleaners at 9am why I had not checked out even tho check out was not until 11am. Dinner was over priced for quality of food. Breakfast was a score of 1 out of 10. Food was cold and very pour taste for price.

Nothing. Couldn’t shower because of no water pressure.
Bathroom and location of room in hotel. Why is a disabled room on top floor with only lift for escape in emergency. I was also woken by alarms going off in rooms either side of me at 5.30am .
