Staff were very helpful given that I arrived with a damaged car after a bird strike. Restaurant meal was also very good.

The room was larger than expected. The shower was hot and had really good water pressure. I basically booked hotel accommodation over a private stay, because I wanted air conditioning. The air conditioning was very effective. The bed was very comfortable. There was no audible outside noise.
Would have preferred ground floor accommodation (due to a hip injury) but I had not requested this. I will ask for ground floor accommodation should I return.

The burger at dinner was delicious.

Clean pool and friendly staff.
Our room didn't have a towel rack it bathroom or looked like it had been broken and removed.

Excellent location, especially if travelling by train. Rooms have been nicely refurbished and the bed was really comfortable. Everything was beautifully clean, and that there was ice available for drinks in the guest laundry was an added bonus.

Its located right in the CBD and it has a gated carpark so that's was great, the bed was very comfortable, nice big shower and the staff are very friendly and accommodating .
Its needs a bit of a re vamp, the TV isn't smart, the lighting in the room and bathroom is terrible, cupboard door was hanging of its hinge, so you have to wonder why it wasnt mentioned by cleaning staff and fixed prior 🤷♀️ and the carpets looked as though they hadnt been vacuumed. Some seating outside the room would have been nice.

Excellent location, easy flat walk to shops. Across the road from train station. Great security. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great water pressure with plenty of hot water. Very spacious clean rooms. Happy, friendly staff.

The size of the unit and the facilities were fantastic. Will stay again next time.
