La cama era MUY incómoda, el desayuno muy limitado, fruta pasada y ácida, yogures a punto de caducar (en ese mismo día), paquetes de queso ya caducado....en definitiva, el desayuno nefasto.

Decent free breakfast provided, however the cooked breakfast was an amazing £11.50!!

I requested that the bed settee be made up for our arrival as I have a broken arm, which requires more bed room than normal. This request was not actioned, & as we didn't arrive until after 11pm I felt it was too late to be making beds up as they had probably gone home, so we tried to manage. After 3 hours of pain and discomfort I gave to and spent the night sitting on the settee as it was the only place remotely comfortable. I left the following morning exhausted. Customer service is not a forte!

Location is convenient when traveling.

First bedroom they gave us smell like sewage. They moved us to a second bedroom and as soon as we used the toilet the same smell came out. Was late and couldn't be bothered to change rooms again. The mattress was in bits, woke up feeling like a train had rolled over me. Told the staff in the morning and they couldn't care less.

The site has a large number of EV charging points so this is an ideal stopover place for EV drivers.

The room was cold on arrival as the power is isolated when there is no room keycard in the slot. It took a while to warm up.

This is a well run and well managed hotel. I chose it primarily for convenient location for work. Definitely punched above its weight.
