Decent free breakfast provided, however the cooked breakfast was an amazing £11.50!!

I requested that the bed settee be made up for our arrival as I have a broken arm, which requires more bed room than normal. This request was not actioned, & as we didn't arrive until after 11pm I felt it was too late to be making beds up as they had probably gone home, so we tried to manage. After 3 hours of pain and discomfort I gave to and spent the night sitting on the settee as it was the only place remotely comfortable. I left the following morning exhausted. Customer service is not a forte!

Location is convenient when traveling.

First bedroom they gave us smell like sewage. They moved us to a second bedroom and as soon as we used the toilet the same smell came out. Was late and couldn't be bothered to change rooms again. The mattress was in bits, woke up feeling like a train had rolled over me. Told the staff in the morning and they couldn't care less.

The site has a large number of EV charging points so this is an ideal stopover place for EV drivers.

The room was cold on arrival as the power is isolated when there is no room keycard in the slot. It took a while to warm up.

This is a well run and well managed hotel. I chose it primarily for convenient location for work. Definitely punched above its weight.

Very clean room, which was big and very well equipped. The male on reception was exceptionally nice who had a very caring and kind manner.

The price cannot be beaten, very close to eateries and Stockheld Park where we visited for Christmas enchanted forest and light show. Really comfy bed, teas and coffee in room, power shower, hair dryer, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, friendly staff.Dogs are allowed to stay, Would definitely stay again.

Burn mark and stains on pillows. Attitude of staff member at breakfast when I asked for continental breakfast to be stocked up. I asked for table to be cleared but they did not do it.

Clean room. Despite paying for late check out, I was locked out of the room...HOWEVER, the cleaner eventually let me in and on checkout, I was immediately refunded. No complaints.

Room was a bit cold despite radiator on max. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful but difficult to understand as his Indian accent was very heavy.

That I had to pay for another room for the sake of one extra small child when all 3 of my children stayed in the same bed anyway. It cost me an extra £96 for an extra room we didn’t need and use .

Despite being at a service station it was quiet if I kept the window closed.

There did not appear to be any way of controlling the temperature in the room and it was too noisy to have the window open.

The location of days inn is very convenient, straight off A1 and a 5 minute drive into Wetherby.

This is our 3rd stay and as of yet there is nothing to dislike.
