We love the hotel decor and layout of the hotel. The furnishings and atmosphere is lovely. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. We have stayed here many times and we are always extremely satisfied with all the facilities we use. The Sky Bar is excellent and loved the cocktails. Highly recommend a short weekend stay or longer if needed.

Not much i can say as tis a favorite hotel for our weekends away.

The room was really comfortable and we chose one on the airport side, not noisy at all and a great view. Breakfast was superb, we ordered off the menu at no extra charge and there was an excellent buffet as well. Staff mega friendly and good service in the Sky bar. Parking was right next to the hotel.

We weren't so keen on the overly soft pillows or the very tight taps over the bathroom basin. not easy to turn.

In room breakfast needs some approvement. Service was spic and span and on the dot Breakfast quality didn't meet our standards Perhaps buffet downstairs is better?

Staff very efficient and polite. Nothing too much trouble for them. Food exceptional. Although a little expensive. Great breakfast. Lots of choice. Looked after. Very clean. Made me a cocktail not on the list. Impressed Would definitely go there again for a special occasion

honestly couldn’t find a fault

This hotel is one of our very favourites, we stay here every year, the accommodation is first class and the service is outstanding

As we checked in, we paid an additional fee for breakfast for two guests who were joining us the following morning, our room rate included breakfast for my husband and I. The next morning, following breakfast, we were asked to pay for our two guests as we left the restaurant, we explained we had already paid in advance. However, on entering the lift to go back to our room a member of staff chased after us and once again questioned us regarding payment of the two additional breakfasts. This was embarrassing, our guests were still with us at this point, and it was completely unnecessary as surely a quick check would have cleared the matter up, if there was any doubt it could have been addressed in a more discreet way, perhaps at checkout. We were made to feel very awkward and it was very unexpected in a hotel of this stature and reputation, we have never had any issues before. Mistakes happen but there are better ways of dealing with them.
