The apartments are beautiful, spacious and clean. The kitchens are well equipped. The bed was very comfortable.

The wardrobe doors only open half way so the drawers could not be opened and there is no where to hang dresses. So I couldn't unpack. Entry is by way of keypads. I was locked out during a power cut because the front door to the building has no battery backup. I was afraid of being locked out of the apartment because the code was so long I couldn't remember it and the key pad is very sensitive so I had difficulty entering the code. I did email the help desk about this and the failure of the automatic bathroom light to switch off and did not think they were sympathetic. The couch in my apartment was very uncomfortable to sit on. There is no one on site to help

Good location and good servicing - nice and clean. Pleasant, friendly and helpful staff.

Double bed uncomforatble (could feel the springs) and sofa was also uncomfortable. Bathroom light never went off on sensor - it was on 24 hours a day - reported but not fixed. Ceiling lighting in bedroom 2 never went off completely - down lighters glowed all night - reported but not fixed.

All was 'fine' other than when sent notification of entry details it was sent by several different people and one didn't know what the other was doing.

The sofa is the smallest and most uncomfortable I’ve ever seen! Definitely can’t sit and relax with another person on it! Also - I couldn’t abandon the sofa for the bedroom to watch TV as there’s no TV in the bedroom at all Parking charge is also bad - no obvious reason as to why you’re charging for parking

In general, the apartment is really good and very comfortable. The facilities are very clean and the apartment provides you with all the essentials. Definitely will come back

The apartment provided did not match the pictures in the description. Room with no windows and living room with tiny windows. The staff politely offer another choice, but was stil far from the pictures.

Really nice clean place, close to shops and easy to find. Beds and showers were fantastic.

The sofa was very small and not very comfortable for two people.
