Die Lage und der Meerblick sind atemberaubend, wenn man ein Club-Zimmer gebucht hat. Auf diesem Level kann man auch auf der Roof-Top-Terrace frühstücken, was wiederum bei Meerblick und extrem freundlichen , zuvorkommendem Personal das Highlight des Tages ist.

Die offiziellen Zimmerpreise sind absolute Phantasiepreise, für mich nahezu lachhaft. Ich habe 279 € für das Clubzimmer in der Nebensaison bezahlt, der offizielle Preis war 480 €. Alle Dienstleistungs- und Restaurantpreise sind überzogen. Ich kann dies durchaus beurteilen, weil ich 50-100 mal pro Jahr beruflich und privat in 4- und 5-Sterne-Hotels übernachte. Fazit: Im Hotel übernachten auf der Dachterrasse lecker frühstücken und für alles andere raus aus dem Hotelkomplex.

otel bizim klasik Antalya 5 yıldız otelinin aynısı buradaki fark her adım başı paran gidiyor. Her şey ekstra. İyi yönü, Fiyatlar dubrovnik şehir merkezi ile hemen hemen aynı.

Site magnifique, personnel souriant et à l'écoute . Presque tout ce dont nous avions besoin était sur place. Les différentes piscines avec différentes ambiances. Les différents restaurants. Excursions

1/La boutique d'habits très souvent fermée même aux horaires douverture. Impossible d'acheter une tenue. Peut être changer les horaires et jours d'ouverture. 2/On a eu beaucoup de fourmis dans la cuisine. Du produit pour lutter contre ces fourmis nous a été donné mais ça a été très insuffisant. 3/ les chambres n'ont pas été faites tous les jours, alors que je l'avais demandé. J'ai bien compris que cela était peut ètre difficile mais même quand je l'ai demandé clairement, ça n'a pas été fait. 4/ Pas de petit déjeuner possible , dans une annexe où autre si le petit dej a été raté (uniquement des sandwichs et du salé da.s le café au niveau de la réception) 5/ pour un hotel familial et pour des sejours longue durée, on aurait bien aimé trouver une laundry self service dans l'hôtel . 6/ il a un peu manqué d'activités types soirées dansantes pour les jeunes 18 à 25 ans. Stunning views, lovely hotel. Pools were lovely, facilities great.

The resort is nice and clean. We had a one bedroom apartment with sea view although the view was restricted due to the trees we had opposite the balcony. It was very nice and peaceful thou! There is space for everybody and everything. It is very clean throughout.

Prices are absolute extortionate! A small water is €4.00 and a fizzy drink anything from €5.50-6.50. The supermarket is a joke! 500gms of pasta were €7!! Location is not the best, unless you want to stay put in the hotel. Spa prices are also the highest and they still try to upsell you! I mean, a £160 massage should be done with the best oil already instead of trying to charge me an extra £10 for another oil!!🤷🏽‍♀️ same with the €80 pedicure!!!😅 Balinese beds are around €200 per day on the beach. There are some ‘normal’ chairs free of charge. Boat trips were booked through Aron @Marinero (desk by Italian restaurant and adults-only pool). Better advice and value for money than booking through the hotel

Beautiful place with great facilities.

Beach was in construction so there wasnt any sunbeds and we couldnt properly relax at the beach. This wasnt said during booking and the main reason we booked here was because the was beachfront. Also we put a do not disturb sign on the door as we didnt want our room to be touched but when we came back the room had been cleaned. It was fine that it was cleaned but still felt uncomfortable at the fact that people came in without our consent. Food was EXPENSIVE. We were given a bottle of water during one of our dinner and turns out it was €8. I looked at the drinks menu and there was another brand of water that cost €4 but they gave us the expensive one. On another night we asked for the cheap bottle but apparently they were “out of stock” which i highly doubt they were. Their airport service is also a bit expensive. Its 50-80€ depending on the time. Its better to book a taxi yourself or talk to one of your taxi drivers that you get because that is what we did. A taxi driver that took us from town back to our hotel offered us only 30€ to the airport. We got his number and made the booking.

Tolle Lage, viele Möglichkeiten auch mit Kindern in der Anlage etwas zu unternehmen

Nicht beheizte Kinderpools. Schade das der warme Jakuzzi nicht für Kinder erlaubt ist. Freundlichkeit des Personals überall sehr gut außer bei den Pool-Bars und die männlichen Mitarbeiter im Spa-Bereich.
