Return visit after previously visiting in May 2022. The Kust family are wonderful hosts. The property is ideally located for the local supermarket and for bus, water taxi to Cavtat and Dubrovnik. Restaurants in both Mlini and Srebreno are within walking distance.

Everything was well presented and clean and on arrival the owner Andrea's took the time to let me know about where everything was in apartment and around the town. There was a modern electric touch hob, fridge freezer , large shower and aircon was included which was a real bonus. There was even a electric heater above the towel rack. He also left some home grown grapes in my apartment which I thought was such a kind gesture. The while family were lovely and nothing was too much trouble.

The pool was much smaller then it looked in the picture and I didnt use it at all as the location of ot was awkward right above the driveway and apartments above over looked it. Also the pilug sockets were a little loose.

Excellent location, superb views, friendly hosts

Family is very friendly and the host is helpful in providing ideas of things to do. The area is quiet and not touristy feeling but it is yet easy to get to Dubrovnik and Cavtat within 15 min drive or the airport within 30 mins. The bus stop is right in front also. The best part is waking up every morning to the breathtaking view from the terrace.

I often had leftovers but there wasn't a microwave or an oven which would've been helpful. However, that's not a deal breaker.

Location was beautiful, the apartment with terrace was amazing and had a great view. The hosts were really nice and friendly and we got new towels everyday. Amazing service. Beautiful natural beaches 5-10 minutes away. Mini market close by, safe area except for the lack of sidewalk in certain places. The house was really clean, great price-value ratio.

The bed was not very comfortable and the walls were very thin.

Easy check in, very nice and kind owners. We booked the apartment only cca 2 hours in advance and it wasnt a problem for them. The apartment was clean and it had a very comfortable bed. Theres also a small pool outside that you can use and the beach is close by. We had a balcony as well and it was really nice and had a great view.

We arrived later than expected but it was no problem. The owner was very friendly and waited for us. She then explained how to reach the city centre, which is very nearby. The entrance to the accommodation is a little bit hidden but if you see the studenac market on your right side and the bus stop on the left, you need to turn around and drive up a little steep road (5-10 metres) and you are there. The pool is nice but a bit smaller than on the pictures. It's open from 9 am to 9 pm. We only stayed for one night bc we were on a roadtrip further south, otherwise we'd love to stay longer. The accommodation is nice, very clean and you can have breakfast (your own, there is no breakfast) on your balcony with sea view.

The room is a little bit old-fashioned and there was no shampoo/gel in the shower to say something. The price is a little bit high, but we went in summer… in general it‘s a really good apartment.

Studio was very clean, good location if you want to travel around as just beside bus stop and 5 mins from the beach, students shop is just 100m away. I loved balcony view and swimming pool area all surrounded by beautiful trees and plants. Host were exceptionally helpful with everything and they gave us a lot of useful information.

The owners of Kust Apartment are a true contradiction of Croatian hospitality. I asked for the boarding passes to be printed, because it was necessary, the owner printed them for me, but for my friends she did not want to do it, because she was sorry for the toner. It was only 4 sheets of paper. Exactly at 10.00, when the day of stay was ending, she told us to leave the apartment, earlier she said that if we want to stay a few hours longer, because we had a late flight, we have to pay extra. Overall, the atmosphere in Kust is bad, the owner didn't even say goodbye. I advise against staying in this apartment. It's a pity to spoil your vacation. Booking should not offer a stay in this place at all.

We arrived very late after midnight and the host waited for us. The apartment was comfy and very clean. Strongly recommended.

For the most part our stay was incredible. The family went in to clean while we were away which surprised us and we would have put some things away (like underwear hanging to dry) had we known in advance. We were bothered a bit on our last day we intended to use the hottub before we left as the kids really enjoyed it. My husband told the lady we intended to use it yet they started to drain it before we had checked out anyways which upset our children. We also found that it was lacking a few essentials. Such as an oven mitt (pots were impossible to grasp without protection because of metal handles) and frying pan that worked properly ( we left them there so it should be all good now)
