Old, dirty outdated apartment, food tasteless, cold and not refilled, if attended a meal at later time there was very little food left, no kids buffet, cold pool, playground in an awful state, unsafe for children, restaurant at the bottom of the hill, no entertainment, bar area full of drunk people, no sockets in the apartment, washing machine and dryer not working properly, uncomfortable beds with flat pillows, kids bed was literally a wooden chest with a very thin foam on it. All-inclusive very limited, slushies paid separately. Heard of guests beginning robbed while in this hotel. Not a great place to stay with children. Definitely not safe.

Poor security. In need of general renovation as the whole resort is looking run down. Some H&S concerns in communal areas with loose flooring and some shoddy repair work to some structures. I realise this is aimed at the lower end of the market but certain standards still need to be observed.

La comida del buffet estaba bien y rica pero no hay variedad para nada, si había bastantes cucarachas y daba asco, entraban a limpiar aveces , pero podrían estar sin venir dos dias , la cama era súper incómoda, y las almohadas de papel, se veía la suciedad en todo y no limpiaban nada , había mijitas de pan del anterior huésped.

I recently had the displeasure of staying at Hotel Laguna Park 2, and I must say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From start to finish, the entire stay was marred by numerous issues and disappointments. Here's a breakdown of the various problems I encountered during my time at this hotel: 1. Cockroach Infestation: Upon entering my room, I was greeted by an army of cockroaches scurrying around. It was an absolutely repulsive sight, and I immediately regretted choosing this hotel. No guest should have to endure the presence of pests during their stay. 2. Terrible Food: The dining experience at Hotel Laguna Park 2 was nothing short of a disaster. The quality of the food was abysmal, with tasteless and unappetizing dishes. The buffet lacked variety and freshness, and it seemed like the food had been sitting out for hours. I would strongly advise against eating at the hotel's restaurant. 3. Unhelpful Reception Staff: The staff at the reception were incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. They displayed a complete lack of concern for guests' needs and were dismissive when addressing complaints. It seemed like they couldn't be bothered to provide any sort of assistance or resolve issues. 4. Dirty and Neglected Rooms: The state of the rooms at Hotel Laguna Park 2 was simply appalling. The carpets were stained and filthy, the furniture was worn-out, and the overall cleanliness was severely lacking. It was clear that the rooms hadn't been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic staying in such an environment. 5. Slippery Hazards: The hotel's lack of attention to basic safety measures was evident throughout my stay. The hallways and common areas were often wet and slippery, posing a serious hazard to guests. It was astonishing to witness such negligence, and it made me question the hotel's commitment to guest safety.

Rooms basic but very clean and tidy,cleaned every 2 days,great value for money,reception staff/cleaners very friendly/polite,definitely stay here again!

Everything about it was good. The apartment was great for the value. The staff was exceptional
