A beautiful villa with exceptional outdoor space and facilities.

The property was spotless, very well equipped, loads of space and plenty of things to keep us entertained. Mark (the host) was brilliant, extremely friendly and approachable. He was always available to book us taxis if we needed them and recommended plenty of places for us to visit whilst in Tenerife.
The only down side would be the fact that it is extremely high up and far away from local amenities, meaning visiting most places requires booking taxis. We had issues booking taxis from the local rank in English, however thankfully Mark was more than happy to book them for us. It was a massive help and greatly appreciated! Everything else was brilliant.

Both the house and outside area was good. Lot’s of room for the 11 persons (incl kids) and the facilitets outside with trampoline, dart and pool was a big hit. Swimmingpool was nice and warm as well. There was already some water, toilet articles etc in the house for us to use.
There could be more glass and plates in the kitchen.

It was ideal for our group of 8 adults, plenty of space inside and outside for everyone. Loads to do outside, pool, pool table etc.
The host, Mark was brilliant, helpful and informative,he was there to greet us and show us round everywhere/everything in the villa - even gave 3 of us a lift down to the supermarket.
All of us said we would definitely recommend this property👍😀
There was nothing we did not like. It is a long way up the hill which may not be for everyone, but we were aware of this when we booked, so no issue.

The villa was breathtaking. It had amazing views, big bedrooms (bar one single one) and a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty fun activities available like the pool table, table tennis, trampoline etc. The host was lovely, friendly, and assisted with all our needs and requests. Highly recommend staying in Casa Flamboyant to any groups or friends or families. The views are unreal.
A slightly shallower bit in the pool would have been nice for the less confident swimmers in our group, and the wifi in the tv room didn't work very well for anyone but they are very minor complaints and didn't impact the overall enjoyment of the property.

The villa had everything you could possibly need and more. We would recommend this Villa to anyone. Mark was extremely helpful and assisted with organising a chef for us. Transfers to the airport, excursions plus any questions we had he would reply within 5 minutes.
The size of the pool was great. Lots of games equipment (Badminton, table tennis, pool table etc) and inflatables avaliable.
Cinema room was amazing for the couple of rainy days we had.
I would definitely recommend hiring a car when staying unless you are a very keen walker!

The only downside was lack of air conditioning but once the sun went down you can open the windows and doors and the villa cools down pretty quickly so it wasn't an issue for us.

We loved the space available, indoors and out. Every comfort was catered for and the location is so peaceful.

As well as being in a great location and having incredible views the villa itself offers so much to do such as a great swimming pool, table tennis, darts and pool table. As for inside the villa it has a kitchen with everything you could ever need a huge living area and great family room downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs that all have en-suites. Can’t wait to return

The property had everything we could have wanted for our stay and Mark was an amazing host that went above and beyond. His interaction throughout the booking stage was great and he kept us updated throughout regarding changing laws due to covid and offered flexibility with the booking.
The property itself was also exceptional and the views can not be done justice in the photos. We had 8 adults staying in the villa and there was plenty of space for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the use of the BBQ and the added bonus of an outdoor patio heater helped when it got a bit colder of an evening.

Loved everything, honestly couldn’t fault a thing.
Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cooking equipment, spices etc etc.
Enough beach/bath towels for everyone.
The villa was immaculate, the pictures on booking.com didn’t even do it justice, was incredible.
Rooms were all lovely and spacious.
The extra facilities outside (pool table, table tennis, trampoline, hammocks, inflatables for the pool etc)made the stay even better, meant we barely had to leave the villa, was entertained throughout, always something to do.
Mark was the most incredible host, keeping the pool clean, at the right temperature and level.
Offering his advice and help whenever needed without being overbearing (I’d find it hard to entrust 10 strangers to living in my villa!).
Was more than accommodating for us.
The villa felt like a home away from home and I think that’s all you can ask for.
