The reception was well attended and very friendly staff always acknowledging you when walking past. Location perfect

Faulty drier, didn't work properly, complained about it twice, in the end reception got our clothes dried for us, should of changed room like was mooted after original complaint

Had the corner 2 bedroom apartment just WOW😍 amazing view throughout balcony, very breathtaking. Very huge apartment. Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend. Reception was friendly & welcoming.

Great parking and views

The room wasn't very clean when I arrived and the staff had to re-clean it. Also, when I rebook well in advance, I ask for a room with the ocean view but they always say that they can't guarantee it. It's a turn off other hotels do this, especially if it's 3 months in advance.

I liked the fact that it had a balcony and fresh air. Good view and good amenities. It was a generous space. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

It was dated and for the price it really needs a refurbishment. I expected the room to be cleaned daily. It was not.

The occommodation was great 👍. Location was fantastic could not wish for better.

Access keys, the power points, the TV remotes were flat, no actual soap and communication re al of the above.

Rooms are a bit dated and could do with an upgrade, shower water temp would fluctuate between cold and burning hot without even touching the faucet.

Great location in the north end of CBD. Easy walking or a short ride to all major locations. A nice decor and friendly staff. Plenty of space in room and a large balcony.

Rooms were a bit aged, older facilities but still clean and working. The reception/foyer had a strong unpleasant odour (sewerage/sulphur like) at random times. Pool was closed for renovations without notice or display online, disappointed to learn upon arrival.

Apartment (2 bedroom) was lovely. Well appointed and clean; very large, and with 2 bathrooms. Everything one could expect from a Sebel hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I love the view, the size of the rooms, the bed is so comfy. It would've been nice if there were shower caps. The 2 square pillows are uncomfortable to sleep with but luckily they have spare pillows in the closet as well. Not stingy with towels and amenities like washing powder, dishwashing liquid. Customer service was on point, really friendly reception.

Location is good and in walking distance of everything in town. Two bedroom apartment suited the needs of our group of seven. Water and city views were amazing.

The scaffolding at the front of the hotel which made it hard for us to locate the hotel. No front driveway where we could drive into and offload bags (had to do it from the carpark after one of us physically went in and checked in at the Reception desk). Poor signage to locate car park. The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was not as pictured although the space worked for us. No room service available. Swimming pool was not in use and lots of construction in the area - would have appreciated if this was made known before booking as it would have helped our final decision.
