Etablissement extrêmement bien situé pour notre escapade à Disneyland..Parking dans l'hotel et métro à 5 min.

D'un point de vue géographique, l'hôtel Mercure Marne-la-Vallée Bussy Saint George est situé juste à côté du RER. Il est donc très facile d'accéder à Disneyland Paris à pied à partir de cette hôtel (à peine 5 minutes à pieds pour accéder à la station de Bussy Saint George + moins de 10 minutes de RER pour accéder à DisneyLand Paris).
Notre chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné au quatrième étage était bien insonorisées, bien équipée que ce soit au niveau de la salle de bain ou dans la chambre et propre. Le déjeuner était raffiné et convient à tout les palets, que vous soyez plutôt sucré ou salé, vous serez bien servi.
Le personnel hôtelier est présent 24 heures/24 à la réception et a bien voulu, lors de notre arrivée matinale, mettre nos bagages de côté (en sécurité) afin que nous puissions profiter de notre journée à Disneyland Paris.
Le parking de ville, situé juste à côté de l'hôtel, est très bien sécurisé pour les clients de l'hôtel avec une porte de garage automatique sécurisée avec un code. Celui-ci est assez large pour tout type de voitures et a suffisamment de places pour tous les clients.
Rien à redire, très bon hôtel à conseiller vivement pour un séjour à DisneyLand Paris, que vous soyez en couple ou en famille

The location near to the train station, friendly and welcoming staff, the room was huge, clean and extremely comfortable

The service is pretty good and pleasant. The breakfast is good 2. The metro is nearby, close by Disney Park, also groceries shops (even an Asian one) and restaurants are nearby, across the metro station.
The toilet door, bit difficult the get in and to close the door.

Everything is ok regarding the hotel ; the checkin was a bit longer than expected, I don’t know if always it is like this. They invited us to wait while dealing with other customers but after this, nobody called us, we had to go again and ask them to check us in although we were waiting few meters in front of the reception desk

The staff( Leandro) was extremely welcoming, warm and helpful. He really made my stay pleasant after a rough morning. I will surely come back to this hotel and I happily recommend for a stay. Thanks a lot for that.

Breakfast is very Basic, No hot breakfast, only cold breakfast. not even an option for egg omelette. Same dishes repeated all days.

Spacious room, large king size bed, quiet location within 5 minutes walk of the train station, ideal for a trip to Disneyland as it was good value for money and only a 10 minute ride from the resort.
The doors - the entry door to the hotel was hard to open and the bedroom door needed to be slammed to close when leaving the room.

The hotel was specifically chosen for the location, near the RER into Disneyland Paris, it was simply perfect, 2 stops from the park. All the facilities were spot on, the breakfast was great, plenty of choice, rooms were large enough for our party, we had 2 Adults in one room, then 2 adults and a 2yr old in the other. Complimentary parking was requested and was a bonus having driven from UK.
The only slight disappointment was the price of the breakfast (it was a good breakfast don't get me wrong) and the city tax, which added some £300 to the cost of staying, the £/Euro exchange rate was not good.
