The hotel is not of the 5 star category…we have considerable number of hotels comparisons. 4 star is appropriate. Several negative comments on TripAdvisor remain unaddressed . Did not use Thallaso.

Our room was not large but adequate for us. We had a great seaview. Breakfast was very good. Many selections. Great service at the bar.

Staff a desk a little standoffish. We don't speak French so that could be the issue. They did serve us well.

Dated room, the room smelt, old fashioned dated carpet, small room. Air conditioning didn’t work and weather was hot, therefore had to sleep with windows open and got woken really early with seagulls noise. Coffee facility reallly poor, instant coffee with no milk. Terrace in the morning shut, we wanted to have a coffin on the terrace but was told is was shut. Hotel a long way from the town. Would not recommend and we would not stay there again.

Very friendly staff. Free upgrade of the room for our daughter so she could stay close to our room. Nice restaurant with flexible service even late at night and in using the menu formula. Nice Spa. Valet service for the car.

Aquatonic (part of the swimming pool complex) is not complementary, what you would expect.

Great location in front of the beach. Our room was comfy and clean as expected with a nice balcony with a view to the town. The spa experience was very nice as well.

There was some difficulty communicating with some of the staff in english. We would be fine if it were a local budget hotel but not a premium 5 star one. Our feeling was that their guests are mainly french so they haven't put a lot of effort in making foreigners feel welcome.

Spa / pool was way too busy, seemed like there were more than hotel guests there. Bathrooms could be updated with better shower facilities. Bed was two singles pushed together.

Swimming pool person Maryn really SHOCKED US! We were having a wonderful time playing in the water with my daughter and Maryn started screaming: silence! She was so rude and aggressive, refused to give her name, so I called a manager and he was protecting her by saying that it’s about education of my daughter. Completely crazy! And as I heard it’s not a first time they have the similar situations with customers! So please CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL with Pool, it will keep your NERVOUS SYSTEM IN PEACE!! And your kids too!! Also we found that the cost of a breakfast 26€ per person is too much and we found amazing coffee shop in the city with delicious avocado toast and breakfast. In this hotel they will charge you for everything, stroller, extra bed, for dog 17€ per day. In the club room for kids, you’re not allowed to stay with your child. Just pay and go. I travel a lot and usually in 5 star hotels this option is free and you can play there with your kids or leave them with nanny. So for me this situation was very disappointing.
