l’appartement n’était pas en bon état, des finitions bâclées, des choses dégradées ou non entretenues, des prestations non présentes. les photos vendent du rêve mais la qualité est loin d’être au rendez-vous

The room was clean, reception staff very helpful, the laundry room was very useful. There is parking available on the street and in a multistorey, however, it's not cheap. The room was light and the aircon was good. The wifi was good and there's a good variety of TV channels. Kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, hot plate, microwave and kitchenware. Great location as it's a 5 minute walk to the beach and the metro line,, providing easy access to the city centre and the airport. There's a good number of supermarkets and bars around.

We couldn't use the pool due to needing a swimming cap. I've never seen this anywhere. There were no signs explaining this until we got to the pool and the member of staff there said we couldn't go in without one. We could have gone back to reception to buy one but we were in swimwear. Also, I have very long very curly hair, there's no way I would get a swimming hat on my head, so we were unable to use the pool the whole time. I also noticed that there are no sun loungers at the pool! Also, there is a charge for extra towels. I've stayed in other aparthotels and this was not the case. Further, there were silverfish in the bathroom and the carpets on each landing need to be replaced. These will be causing the silverfish. The shower doors are very odd, there's not much room in the shower and the doors leak, also another reason there's silverfish in the bathroom - there must be damp. There is an extra cost for cleaning. There's no full length mirror in the room.
