Very nice and friendly staff, really great breakfast. Good location close to the city center and main sightseeings. Even if there was no place in hotel garage there is big parking house with the cameras just across the street.
An old carpet in the room could be replaced.

Location. Has potential to be a great stay but failed us. Staff too busy to care. But there was one exceptional standout female reception staff who was lovely and very helpful. Thank you.
Staff. Bad experience at the restaurant with beyond words to describe insulting service or lack of service from female manager/ waiter. We communicated our distress and to his credit the male manager did not charge for the meal.

A couple blocks away from the city center but it was a nice morning stroll to get to the main center.
Not as convenient since it wasn't surrounded by cafes or boulangerie if you opt out of their breakfast which we didn't include in our booking. However, the complimentary coffee was good.

The carpet in the room was stained and dirty, the bathroom and hallway lights flickered, and the shower pole was broken. This place was not good value for the price.

Hotel is lovely, has everything you need and a nice pool. Close to the centre of Aix which has loads of bars and restaurants. Staff very helpful and on site parking. Would stay there again for sure.
Parking a bit pricey but very secure.
