The owner or the manager was very nice and very helpful. He parked our car, he was friendly; the room was quite large and very quiet and had a lovely bathroom with a bath.

The restaurant was simple.

Very good buffet breakfast. Very central & convenient for visiting the attractions of Beaune .

Room is very spacious. Staff speaks perfect English and super helpful. He offered to bring our luggage to the room upstairs, gave us excellent recommendations on restaurant and wine shop too.

The water pressure is too low for the shower, water temperature is ok.

Location, size of deluxe room, staff, beds

A lovely warm welcome and a cosy and warm room. The location is perfect for exploring Beaune and the hotel has everything you need ... including a variety of games in the games room. We much appreciated the opportunity to relive our youth by playing space invaders !

The location is great, in the heart of the historical center of Beaune. The room was spotless and very quiet. The bathroom seems brand new and was also very clean. The large bed is really comfortable.

The room is a bit dark. The public parking outside is free only after 19h.

Front desk staff was very helpful. At first we were given a really tiny room, i doubt if it could fit 2 persons and you’d have to go out of the main hotel to get to it. It was a bit uncomfortable at first glance so we requested for a change of room and we were given better options by the hotel. Everything worked out well after that. Hotel is centrally located, too. You can walk a bit then go back to the hotel easily. Perfect if youre travelling with seniors and people with special needs.

Toilet was perfect except that it has no shower curtain!

All good hotels in Beaune need wine glasses in the rooms!!

We like everything, staff super nice and helpful (tips, etc.), nice decor, confie bed, furthermore there’s a free parking lot few minutes walking from the property.

where to start....okay, in the very center of everything in Beaune. comfy bed, nice pillows, air conditioning, window to an inner courtyard Free sparkling water and regular water. hot water pot. tea and coffee packets. toilet is in its own little room across from shower and sink. it's a real tight squeeze to get into and out of. this may just be this particular room, so ask, perhaps, particularly if you are a large sized person. quiet and without street noise. no elevator, not a problem for us, but could be difficult if you have mobility issues. restaurant and bar on site.

location was nice. they did have parking. breakfast was OK.

there is no lift and lugging bags upstairs was tough for us.
