Have stayed here a couple of times. Great for an overnight stop for onward journey to South of France, close proximity to motorway A7, clean comfortable rooms, with aircon, tea and coffee making facilities and small fridge if needed. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast both hot and cold, great selection. Car parking plentiful and behind gates. Not the cheapest overnight stop but convenient.

The plug in the sink was stuck shut, reported in morning and maintenance will fix it.

The hotel is modern, very nicely decorated (lamps, pillows, furniture), smells good and has a very nice feel to it. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was amazing! Everything tasted super good (home-made jams, pastries, yoghurt, freshly-squeezed orange juice, bread, coffee) and was beautifully presented. Highly recommend it, I would stay here again without hesitation.

Room size is a little small.

I like everything, room, bathroom, and a beautiful restaurant. The breakfast was delicious, good quality products,delicious apple juice, good coffee, different pastries, smoothies, fresh yoghurt and etc... Beautiful dishes and the restaurant itself, everything is thought out to the smallest detail!

we liked everything except the pancakes for breakfast and the hot breakfast food was not replenished towards the end - there was very little of it - although people did come.

Breakfast was good. Parking secure and good.

Did not like the new "reseption" solution.

When entering the hotel you were straight away into the festive season. Very homely and cosely done

The restaurant in the evening didnt have a lot of choice. The service was very slow and the soup we ordered arrived luke warm after a very long waiting time.

Breakfast is the only good thing

The many times attitude in France with people not willing to speak in English. Very rude as usual and happens in many places they simply don't want to speak in English. Room is very poor, beds not confortable and room temperature

The best overnight stop we have stayed at and we have stayed in alot of hotels over the past 5 years. The bedding clean and comfortable, bathrooms great, seating area in evening have sumptuous sofas. Breakfast plentiful with hot and cold food including continental. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking behind security gate plenty of spaces. All areas obviously designed by a designer but beautifully done. We will certainly stay here again.

Room on the small side, but very quiet and a comfortable bed. Perfectly adequate for an overnight stay on our way to the South.

The setting is very handy as next to the highway exit Valence Sud. Also the grass areas around the hotel for a short dog walk. The hotel had a total makeover - it’s looking nice but not very practical.

Only one very slow lift. No clear check-in area nor clear where to order drinks. The extra charge of EUR 20 per night for a dog is way too much and we were not informed at time of booking more when we checked in and paid. Only the next day someone came running after is.

Beautiful design. I loved the lounge and general vibe. It is incredibly convenient, just off the highway, and very easy as a stopover on a long road trip. Very helpful service - they even let me put some food in their fridge so it didn't melt in the cooler in the sweltering heat wave.

The rooms are very small, so not easy to move around, and the bed is quite hard. The restaurant food was overpriced for what you get. Fancy words but the quality of the food itself wasn't particularly great.
