The breakfast and the smell in our room

Room is basic but has all you need for comfortable stay. Good nights sleep as bed comfy and decent shower/bathroom. No frills accommodation but very convenient for overnight stop as very close to train station. Breakfast was very good.

Some parts a little tired and could do with decorating, particularly corridors. Carpet change and cost of paint wouldn’t go amiss. But overall perfect for what we wanted. Little around there so taxi into Avignon centre for nice night out

actually the hotel is like a apartment building, room equipped with a basic electrical stove. microwave. fridge. clothes drying. central air conditioning which are very good. the window can be wide open so that i can breath some fresh air and my room can watch sunrise which is surprisingly happy. of course. you have to view as not as a hotel level. if so. i think it’s a pretty good one location is prefect if you are traveling from Avignon TGV station. it’s like 5 mins walk and car rental is just right there at the station. so it’s super convenient. however. going to Avignon center where Avignon Festival takes place have to take a stop of the train from hotel

water leaks from the shower corner there are no front house staff on the Saturday which i stayed

Good place to stay, late arrival was easy and no problem

The drain in the shower did not work well.

We asked for a double bed but it was two beds pushed together. When I moved to the middle at night, the beds moved.

hotel had a reasonable breakfast.

arrived on a holiday at about 6:40 pm. there was no staff member to open the front door. it was a self check in system. without the help of another guest, we would not have gained access.

it was away from city noise and in a very bucolic suburb like setting. it was clean and efficiently run.

The hotel is convenient for the Avignon TGV station

There are no restaurants (except McDonalds) nearby, a Carrefour supermarket is fifteen minutes walk away. A good idea to food with you - rooms have fridge and microwave and plates etc.

they charge you deposit (higher value than room cost) without prior notice and on top of that, 3 days later I have not yet received my deposit money back. Dated facilities , unpleasant smell throughout.

The value for money was good. The location was close to train station. The staff prepared me some breakfast to the room fridge even though I could not attend the breakfast.

I never saw any staff. The corridors and rooms needed a bit of renovation. Location was a bit far from city center, but close to train station which I needed.
