I had problems with the material of the bedlinen, I can’t tolerate artificial fibers, so I laid a cotton towel on top of the sheet and used a complementary bathrobe to cover up…

Loved the hotel - the location was exquisite. Right by Schloss Monrepos, a lovely beer garden etc. - and within walking distance to other beautiful sites. If you're up for some walking or cycling in the area, you won't be disappointed, I don't think.

One slight drawback: if you are traveling in summer, it may bother you that the rooms do not have air conditioning.

The location is just amazing and we will sure come back to stay longer. The bathroom is awesome with great water pressure.

The mattress is just to soft for a hotel of this class. Which makes it uncomfortable and when you wake up in the morning you a sort of lying in a hole. NO A/C as well. Which is funny somehow. Room Service food comes uncovered- very surprising?? !! Some room for improvement is there for sure overall to meet International travellers standards. However, overall its OK and the location irons out the missing International standard. BUT WE WILL COME BACK FOR SURE AT THIS AMAZING LOCATION AND GOOD FOOD AFTERALL. 👍🏽

Perfect hotel for dog owners, birders and nature lovers! Our dog was welcomed with bowls and a blanket set up in our room upon arrival and she thoroughly enjoyed our walks around the lake, while I enjoyed birding. As for the hotel, the beds were comfortable, the shower nice and roomy, the staff friendly and the scrambled eggs and waffles delicious. A wonderful place to stay in Ludwigsburg and don't forget to bring your pet and your binoculars!

Comfortable room and pleasant staff. Went out of their way to meet needs. Quiet location, not far from the castle/villa. Nice for strolls around the lake.

the location of the property is great, it was quiet, which is why we chose it

We had gotten an upgrade from booking for a bigger room, upon arrival we didn’t directly notice anything but when it came to sleeping time we realised that the bed was really like sunken in on both sides. so much so that we slept pretty badly both nights. furthermore the sliding door of the shower was missing, which resulted in water spreading in the bathroom. For 19€/ person I think the breakfast was quite boring.
