Nice and clean hotel. Location close to the Castle, isolated place. Breakfast was good. Parking.

The guy at the reception recommended a restaurant, that was closed a month ago. I came quite late and the hotel restaurant closed at 21 instead of 22 how it is indicated on the internet site of the hotel. The guy at breakfast didn’t allow me to seat outside for no reason. The staff needs some training.

Excellent service (Markus int he restaurant) after a long day travelling. Nice clean and modern hotel with a surprisingly nice outdoor area in the restaurant despite the close proximity to a main road.

Very nice hotel. Located within walking distance to Ludwigsburg Palace. Room was very nice. Excellent breakfast buffet. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good. Interesting history to the building.

I have no negative comments for this hotel.

Nothing but a face towel in the bath

When I wanted my coffee at the bar in the morning, nobody took notice of me and when I called somebody, he was quite unfriendly. The polyester bed covers are not that sustainable and feel like plastic. The toilet was not cleaned perfectly and had mold at the back.

Great location, very clean and comfortable room and lovely staff. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Parking is very handy.

Sleeping with a window open was not an option due to close proximity to road. Parking was busy on the Saturday, but there still were parking options.

During my 8 day stay I invited friends for lunch and I was disappointed to find out that only the bar menu was available. However our waiter Claudio more than made up for it by treating us very special and offering us free champagne. He also arranged a candle in our dessert for my friend's birthday.

It took 4 days for me to find out that there was a beautiful wooden sauna and steam bath downstairs. Some more advertising would help!
