Good breakfast, though fewer options compared to my last stay. The bright clock underneath the TV was not in the room. Beds were decent and everything was clean. Will definitely come back in the future.
The Twin rooms have the issue of badly placed power sockets.

Rezeption und Servicepersonal waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein schönes großes Zimmer.
Mir hatte ein Kühlschrank gefehlt und für unsere Sachen ein dem großen Schrank gab es nur oben Ablagefläche. Meckern auf hohen Niveau, sind nur Kleinigkeiten.

Das Zimmer verfügte über eine Klimaanlage was super war. WLAN besser als Zuhause. Generell kann sich das Hotel wirklich sehen lassen, insbesondere der Empfangsbereich.
Mein Zimmer könnte mal wieder einen Anstrich vertragen und vom Frühstück hatte ich mir mehr erhofft. Preis-Leistung aber trotzdem top

I come here any time I am around Maintal for work. This time I got a room 314 which really needs to be fixed in few things. Normally I have no problem with the hotel but this time it was disappointing . Also somebody entered the room while I was there, at 8.30am it was a man and I don't think is safe for my belonging. What would happen if somebody goes in and out take an expensive watch from a customer at 8.30 am in the morning? Who would believe about anybody entering the room?

The staff was great .
parking, breakfast, bar was expressive
Heating of rooms were excellent.
Cleaning of the room was mediocre. ( there was spider web between ceiling and wall 🫣 , the top of bathroom light was not clean there was so much dust on it)

Check-in took place at 21:30 (in a hurry), at 22:00 the doors close. Parking is convenient (unguarded, near the hotel). At first, the number was not cleaned (the employees forgot, they did not work well), they replaced it with another - 315 (refuse - all night there is noise from below, rolling trays with dishes). I also ask you to wash the glass partition in the bathroom during cleaning - it is very dirty. The breakfast is good, there is a choice.
Noisy in the room below, dirty in the bathroom, inattentiveness of the staff - at first they put us in a dirty, untidy room, although it was already 9:30 pm!!!!

Cleaning staff, most the Lady incharge of cleaning staff was very respectless and dont know how to Talk with the guest.

The staff were very friendly, lovely breakfast buffet, good mattress, air conditioned and could open windows when wanted.

outdated hotel. poor breakfast with convenience food. seems that main focus of the management is on cost cutting.

Very friendly staff, the room was big enough for 2 people, beds were really comfortable, breakfast was always excellent ( they offer pretty much food and everyone can find smth for their taste). Plus it was always quiet.
It didn't really affect my stay, but I think some renovation would be good ( like paint walls fresh for example).
